Timor Port, the country's first public-private partnership, will cost a total of $490 million over a 30-year period. The new port is located in Tibar Bay, 12 km from the capital Dili. Mission Description
About The Position
Timor Port S.A, a subsidiary of the AGL Group, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Delivery Notes Clerk (1 Position). Under the supervision of the General Cargo Deputy Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the documentation and processes related to general cargo deliveries. From customs inspections to final delivery, the role ensures seamless coordination and accurate record-keeping until the cargo reaches the customer.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
• Prepare list of Container in Customs inspection area that need to be inspected
• Maintain a record of vehicles and motorbikes that have been inspected by Customs Authority
• Document and report any damage occurring during the unstuffing process in the Customs area
• Oversee the unstuffing of vehicles and motorbikes from containers and ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Prepare the inter-change document and coordinate its signing with the client.
Profile
Eligibility Criteria:
• High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in administration or logistics
• Must be able to operate vehicles and possess a valid driving license
• Basic proficiency in English and computer applications
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
