Job description

Mission Description                      

As part of our HR digital transformation initiatives, we are seeking an HR Recruitment API Integration & Testing Specialist to ensure the successful integration and reliability of data exchanges between HR systems, particularly recruitment, talent management, and employee management platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing functional and technical tests, validating data flows between systems, identifying issues, and coordinating their resolution with business and technical stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance
Review functional and technical specifications for system interfaces.
Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
Validate data exchanged between interconnected applications.
Document test results and monitor defect resolution.

API Integration Testing
Support the implementation and validation of integrations between HR applications.
Test REST and SOAP APIs and validate JSON/XML message structures.
Verify authentication and security mechanisms (OAuth2, API Key, Basic Authentication, etc.).
Analyze logs and troubleshoot integration issues.
Collaborate with software vendors, developers, and technical teams to resolve defects.

Project Support & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the enhancement of testing methodologies and quality processes.
Prepare testing reports and project status updates.
Support business users during testing and acceptance phases.
Participate in production deployments and post-go-live support activities.

 

Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in application integration, software testing, or HRIS projects.
Experience with HR recruitment platforms such as Talentsoft Recruiting, SmartRecruiters, Workday Recruitment, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Darwin, or equivalent solutions is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in JSON and XML formats.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Insomnia.
Knowledge of application integration concepts and architectures.
SQL querying and database analysis skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and reconciliation.

Understanding of recruitment and HR business processes.
Ability to prepare test documentation, test reports, and acceptance records.
Experience managing incidents, defects, and issue resolution processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
