• Perform physical count of stocks and verifies the quantities and batches against the delivery note/dispatch note.• Notifies the supervisor in case of any variances in the order and ensures only the requested quantities are dispatched.• Physical checking of non-conforming stocks; and initiates exchange of damaged/expired goods.• Advises the supervisor on completion of checked stocks before loading.• Ensures orders are loaded in full and supervises loading of stocks as per order plan/Outbound SOP (allocated truck and driver details.)• Documents signing.• Any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
• O level certificate• Certificate/Diploma in supply chain• 1 year experience in warehouse operations
