Mission description
To provide a link between the company and key clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Business Growth
1. Analyze and profile client accounts based on
performance, value and potential and generate periodic
reports
2. Determine the crucial needs of key clients and ensure
that they receive first-class customer care and service
3. Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure
its implementation
4. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and make
necessary improvements for key accounts
5. Develop pricing structures for key clients
6. Resolve disputes and maintain client relationships to
promote client retention
7. Conduct account reviews
8. Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing
business trends
9. Conduct client visits based on target prospects.
10. Generate weekly sales reports and submit to
management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
11. Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and
Finance teams to ensure seamless, service delivery, and
profitability.
12. Participate in internal planning meetings to align
customer requirements with operational capabilities and
trade-lane capacities.
13. Support the implementation of CRM systems by logging
interactions, and updating pipeline stages regularly.
14. E. Reporting & Performance Management
15. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline
performance, conversion rates, and customer activity.
16. Ensure accurate CRM data entry and reporting to
support visibility and management decision-making.
17. Track key metrics including TEU volumes, gross margin,
and account retention.
