A proactive and disciplined QHSE professional with solid knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and at least five years' experience in port, logistics, or industrial operations. Demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to support system implementation, audits, and continuous improvement. Committed to promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

 

Profile

• Open only to Sierra Leonean.
• Support the QHSE Manager in implementing the QHSE Management System
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, Group standards, and customer requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate and deliver staff training and awareness sessions on QHSE practices.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and QHSE documentation for audits and certifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, quality initiatives, and safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Proven ability to prepare QHSE reports and coordinate audits.
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, internet, email; knowledge of QHSE software is an asset).
• Master's degree (preferred) or bachelor's degree in quality, Health, Safety & Environment Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
