To ensure accurate and proper accounting processes.

 

Profile

Job Function:
· Receive all 3rd party expense invoices and statements on time & ensuring correct approval thereof
· Capturing of invoices, (Sun & Pegasus) reconciling and payments of creditors accounts
· Compile remittances for all payments and send them to suppliers
· Working closely with suppliers and operations to resolve queries
· Allocate the accounts on SUN
· Daily checking & approval of payments & submission to banking
· Age analysis review & report action
· Preparation and processing of assets in consultation with financial control
· Checking the monthly P&L accounts
· Checking of Monthly Balance sheet
· Consulting with accounting/creditors clerks to ensure all invoices are processed
· Processing of month end provisions and accruals where necessary
· Monthly Asset report
· Assist with preparation on expenses for budgets
· ADHOC duties if and when required

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
· Matric
· Any related qualification in accounting
· Computer Literate · Accounting knowledge
· Minimum 4 years' experience.
