Mission description
Business Development
• Identify, pursue and secure new business
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with support of Legal department (Local and Corporate)
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet company goals and maximize revenue.
Project Development and Management:
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Assess project feasibility, risks, and profitability to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring efficient project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Sales and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for business development initiatives.
• Meet or exceed established revenue targets, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
• Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
Industry Networking and Brand Promotion:
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Promote the company's brand, capabilities, and values to attract new clients and partners.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the company's competitive position.
Quotations & Tenders
• Ensure that entity qualifies and participates in tenders
• Work with the Bid and operational teams in defining a commercial offer for the client
• Summit for validation by MD for specific quotations (technical validation & tariff)
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
• First Degree
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales or Project Management, within the oil & gas sector or other industrial project environments
• Proven track record of securing large industrial projects and managing complex client relationships
