Mission description

Ensure all Supply Chain activities are run according to AGL Operational Excellence Standards & Controls, Compliance & Ethics Policies and Procedures.
1. Daily review of All SAP data postings (issues, receipts and transfers) by TRH and SAP team and give feedback to the team for correction.
2. Follow up on current reports and variances (through put, Triangulation and breakages report submitted on time)
3. Conduct daily review of Physical counts and feedback to physical inventory supervisors for corrections
4. Reduce variances in the Physical stocks
5.Reduce product breakages in the warehouse chargeable to AGL by following up on causes of variances and escalating for solutions.
6. Follow up on warehouse shorts and excesses reported in daily counts
7.Ensure accurate and complete data capture of all movements for billing purposes
8. Conduct daily checks on reported counts from the physical inventory team and feedback given to the team.
9.Follow up with the area coordinators for explanations on daily and cumulative variances.

Profile

1.Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
2. At least 3 years' experience in any of the following fields :-
- External/Internal Audit
- Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory Management
3. Understanding of generally accepted Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Auditing SOPs and KPIs.
4. Working knowledge of SAP
5. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen will be an added advantage.
