1. Execute customs bonds and maintain records of the same2. Maintain bond cancellation and retirement lodges3. Verify bond security invoices for payment4. Prepare refund vouchers for the company5. Prepare and follow up bond cancellation vouchers 6. Handle document processing unit and customs queries7. Comply with bond rejections from KRA to enable bond cancellation8. Prepare monthly reports of returns for all un-cancelled entries9. Analyze bond validity and exposure and advise on the same10. Follow up bond transactions for various projects within the company
