JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
As the Program Officer for the Yiri Innovation Center, your main mission will be to coordinate the center's various programs in support of the innovation center responsible. Your experience in innovation processes and programs will assist you in managing the different activities related to the Yiri Innovation Center. 

Program Management and Support: 

Contribute to the design of support programs: objectives, needs, deliverables, journey, toolkit, etc. 

Analyze the specific needs of program beneficiaries (startups for the Accelerate program, students, internal staff). 

Define, plan, monitor, and coordinate programs and their objectives. 

Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. 

Suggest improvements to enhance program impact. 

Startup Sourcing and Qualification: 

Help develop an evaluation framework for selecting candidates for various programs. 

Review collected information to assess and qualify the relevance of applications. 

Participate in decision-making regarding the sourcing of applicants for different programs. 

Coordination with Operational Partners: 

Maintain an up-to-date list of internal and external partners (coaches, mentors, tutors, etc.). 

Coordinate partner involvement in sessions (startup coaching, program follow-up, etc.). 

Monitor partner performance and adjust expectations when necessary. 

Contribute to communication plans related to the center's programs and activities, in collaboration with all stakeholders (communications, HR, etc.). 

Operational Program Management: 

Define onboarding processes for program participants. 

Oversee the training plan for participants. 

Collaborate with the innovation center responsible to define the event calendar and monitor the center's activities (webinars, hackathons, training sessions, masterclasses, open house days, etc.). 

Governance: 

Attend various meetings in support of or alongside the innovation center's teams. 

Provide tactical assistance to different teams by identifying the needs of stakeholders involved in the center's activities. 

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE &amp; SKILLS REQUIRED: 
A Master's degree (from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent program) 

Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing innovation programs 

Fluency in both English and French 

Strong interest in the digital world and new technologies 

Ability to design and facilitate workshops 

Capacity to work proactively and independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR &amp; HQ Solutions Department of the IT Division supports the digital transformation of functions such as Human Resources, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, QHSE, Finance, etc., by optimizing operations, digitizing processes, and harmonizing practices.
The department is responsible for:
•	Ensuring the operational maintenance of solutions 
•	Deploying new solutions and/or new functionalities within existing solutions.

The scope of the position covers Information Systems across various functions and the entire ecosystem required for their proper functioning. 

Reporting directly to the HR &amp; HQ Solutions Manager, your responsibilities include
•	Leading and supervising a team composed of developers, administrators, and internal &amp; external support resources
•	Providing and guiding strategic decisions in line with team orientations
•	Ensuring compliance with the IT department's internal processes
•	Maintaining and developing team skills, both in administration and solution delivery

Supporting users in their operational issues:

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
You hold a Bac+4/5 (master's level) in IT or an equivalent field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field and 4 years of cumulative professional experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
You have strong knowledge of:
•	Business applications (TPRM, HR, Compliance, QHSE, etc.)
•	Cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure) 
•	Windows Server 2008 and later
•	SQL Server 2008 and later, IIS 7, SSIS

- Design, deploy and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps. 

- Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments and ensure 
 continuous integration of applications. 

- Ensure management of test, pre-production and production environments.
 Implement versioning and dependency management strategies. 

- Optimize deployment processes to reduce time to production. 

- Monitor and resolve incidents related to deployment of pipelines. 

- Document CI/CD processes and best practices for internal teams. 

- Ensure the implementation of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines. 

- Participate in the evolution of the company's Devops platform. 

- expertise in configuring and administering CI/CD pipelines on Azure Devops, including the use of YAML and build agents; 

- Good command of Git, as well as good practices related to branch and version management; 

- Experience in integrating units, integration and functional tests into CI/CD pipelines with Selenium; 

- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash or other scripts to automate repetitive tasks; 

- Good knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Azure ARM templates or 
 Bicep for infrastructure management on Azure; 

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying applications in 
 containerized environments; 

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, 
 Datadog and/or Centreon, etc,) to ensure the performance and stability of 
 pipelines; 

- Knowledge Of security practices in a CI/CD pipeline, including secrets

JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Digital Transformation Project Leader is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on supporting the Group's business units by providing them with agile and innovative digital solutions (web and mobile apps, cloud &amp; RPA automation, chatbots &amp; generative AI, data visualization reports, etc.)

Project Management:

- Garantir a limpeza e higienização do viatura. 
- Garantir a manutenção e reparação períodica da viatura. 
- Ser capaz de ler, compreender e preencher folhas de viagem e formulários, bem como ler e compreender comunicações internas, cronogramas e outros documentos. 
- Auxilia os passageiros a entrar e sair dos veículos, e presta outras cortesias. 
- Executa outras tarefas relacionadas, conforme necessário. 
- Reporta todas as anomalias e avarias.

Based in Nairobi and reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, the role exists to ensure appropriate controls are in place for the security of information systems, safeguard information by seeing that security risks are identified, assessed and accurately reported with specific duties as:-
1. Apply and distribute the Central Information System Security Policy (ISSP) as well as adapt the ISSP to the concerned perimeter
2.. Apply central information security strategies, both short-term and long-range, in application of the AGL group.
3. Thoroughly conduct and complete annual reviews and audits as required by engaging both internal business partners across the region and external parties.
4. Manage LISO security team to oversee ongoing activities in cyber security within the region.
5. Proactive risk assessment program for all new and existing systems and remain familiar with the current goals and business processes of the AGL group so effective controls can be put in place for those areas that presenting the greatest information security risk in the East and Southern region.
6. Communicate risks and recommendations to mitigate risks to senior management so decisions can be made to ensure the security of information systems.
7.Oversee ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the information security policies and procedures by ensuring these policies and procedures encompass the overall security of information security at rest or in motion within the groups systems and check compliance of departments local processes and procedures to ensure they are not in conflict with Company policies.
8.Evaluate security incidents and determine what response, if any, is needed and coordinate responses, including technical incident response teams, when sensitive information is breached.
9.Contribute to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures 
10.Apply and assist in implementing BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) procedures within the region.
11. Proactively act to prevent potential security incidents by ensuring that proper protections are in place
12.Ensure that local regulatory and contractual provisions on personal data protection are done and met throughout the region.
13.Accompany countries within the region, in the application of the ISSP.
14.Provide visibility KPI's on incidents and security indicators on the Eastern and Southern perimeter.
15.Develop information security awareness training and education programs, participate in local, regional, and worldwide awareness and education events.

MISSION:

1. Structurer et piloter la donnée technique 
-	Administrer et optimiser la GMAO MAXIMO : qualité des données, cohérence des référentiels, automatisation des processus.
-	Définir et déployer les bonnes pratiques data auprès des équipes techniques locales. 
-	Assurer la fiabilité, la traçabilité et la gouvernance des données de maintenance. 

2. Développer l'analyse avancée et la maintenance prédictive 
-	Analyser les historiques de pannes, consommations, capteurs et données temps réel. 
-	Identifier les patterns de défaillance et proposer des plans d'action basés sur la donnée. 
-	Déployer des projets IA / Machine Learning : 
o	Intégration de capteurs IoT sur les équipements (STS, RTG, locomotives, centrales électriques…) 
o	Développement d'algorithmes de prédiction pour réduire les arrêts non planifiés. 
o	Collaboration étroite avec les Data Scientists du Groupe pour concevoir des modèles robustes. 

3. Développer des outils d'aide à la décision 
-	Concevoir des dashboards dynamiques (Power BI / Tableau) pour suivre les KPI de performance, disponibilité et coûts. 
-	Mettre en place des alertes intelligentes et des indicateurs prédictifs. 
-	Fournir des analyses claires et actionnables aux équipes techniques et au management. 

 4. Accompagner la transformation digitale de la maintenance 
-	Participer à la définition des cahiers des charges techniques pour les projets digitaux. 
-	Former et accompagner les équipes locales dans l'adoption des outils data. 
-	Contribuer à la montée en compétence des filiales sur les sujets IA, IoT et data engineering. 
-	Challenger les pratiques existantes et proposer des améliorations continues. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
 PROFIL :

Bac+5 en data science, ingénierie, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent.
Compétences techniques 
-	Maîtrise des outils d'analyse : SQL, Python, R, Power BI. 
-	Connaissance des architectures IoT, capteurs industriels et data pipelines. 
-	Expérience confirmée en GMAO (MAXIMO idéalement).

En tant que Gestionnaire Administratif et Opérationnel pour le centre d'innovation Yiri, votre mission principale sera de coordonner et de gérer les opérations quotidiennes du centre, en soutien aux différentes équipes travaillant au sein de celui-ci. Vos compétences sur les outils de la suite Office vous aideront également dans la prise en main de vos missions. Votre appétence pour le Digital et les Nouvelles Technologies serait un plus pour la gestion et la maintenance des différentes applications et installations du centre. 
Responsable des services généraux :
•	Assurer la gestion et l'organisation du centre : gestion des stocks (fournitures de bureau, équipements du centre, etc.), la gestion des courriers, la gestion des appels téléphoniques…
•	Superviser l'entretien du lieu, des équipements et des installations
•	Coordonner les différents prestataires : services de maintenance, les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services, etc.
Gestion administrative et financière :
•	Identifier les nouveaux prestataires et récupérer les informations pour la création des comptes fournisseurs
•	Gérer l'onboarding des nouveaux prestataires (code de conduite, etc.)
•	Faire la demande des devis 
•	Suivre les bons de commandes et les paiements 
•	Ranger et classer les devis, les bons de commandes et les factures 
•	Effectuer un point bimensuel avec les équipes du centre de cette activité
Gestion et optimisation de l'occupation des lieux :
•	Organiser l'aménagement des bureaux
•	Gérer la réservation des salles et des bureaux et assurer l'utilisation optimale de l'espace disponible
•	Coordonner le roulement des startups pour faciliter leur installation dans le centre
Appui à l'organisation d'événements :
•	Collaborer avec l'équipe responsable de l'organisation d'événements pour mettre en place les infrastructures nécessaires (besoins logistiques, techniques, IT, bureautiques, etc.)
o	Rédiger un brief évènementiel permettant la bonne coordination de l'avant-pendant et après évènement
o	Gérer les invitations
•	Assurer un bon déroulement global pour la réussite des événements organisés au centre
•	Assurer un appui au responsable communication dans la rédaction des publications pour les réseaux sociaux
Gestionnaire opérationnel des programmes :
•	Gérer l'onboarding technique et administratif des startups hébergées et des participants aux programmes 
•	Gérer le bon fonctionnement du système d'information (groupe teams, WhatsApp, etc.) et des équipements informations, en lien avec les équipes IT 
•	Assurer le suivi des plannings du centre (les salles, formations startups, évènements, etc.)
•	Rédiger une newsletter pour informer les startups des différentes échéances à venir
•	Gérer l'organisation des sessions individuelles avec les mentors, coachs et startups et leurs enregistrements
Appui opérationnel aux responsables du centre :
•	Gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture du centre 
•	Gérer l'accueil des invités, des résidents, des visiteurs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	De formation supérieure Bac+4/5 type école d'ingénieur reconnue, dans les domaines de la gestion administrative, communication, moyens génraux ou diplôme équivalent
•	Bonne connaissance de la gestion des services généraux, administrative, financière et opérationnelle
•	Pour rappel : Les services généraux désignent l'ensemble des activités et des services qui contribuent au bon fonctionnement quotidien d'une entreprise, mais qui ne sont pas directement liés à son activité principale. Ils englobent la gestion des locaux, des équipements, de la logistique, de la sécurité, de l'entretien, et parfois des achats de fournitures et de matériels.
