Garantir, dans une logique multi-solutions, la qualité et la fiabilité de plusieurs applications du portefeuille (notamment IPAKI) au sein de l'écosystème Ports & Terminaux, en concevant et en exécutant des stratégies de test, en accélérant la détection des anomalies et en sécurisant les mises en production grâce à une validation rigoureuse. Vos principales attributions : • Traduire les besoins métiers et les user stories (Azure DevOps) en critères d'acceptation, plans de test et cas de test clairement traçables. • Exécuter les tests fonctionnels manuels, d'intégration, de bout en bout, de régression et de recette utilisateur (UAT) sur l'ensemble des environnements (dév, test, pré-production, prêt pour la production). • Concevoir et faire évoluer la stratégie de test multi-solutions (IPAKI et autres applications du portefeuille), en privilégiant une approche par les risques et la protection des parcours critiques contre les régressions. • Enregistrer, qualifier et suivre les anomalies dans Azure DevOps ; fournir des étapes de reproduction claires, une analyse d'impact et des preuves ; revérifier les correctifs et piloter leur clôture. • Coordonner avec les Product Owners, les développeurs et les parties prenantes locales ; appuyer la préparation des CAB (comités d'approbation des changements) avec des preuves de test et des validations. • Construire et maintenir les données de test ; gérer les environnements et les prérequis de test ; contribuer aux contrôles de mise à disposition des environnements. • Mettre en œuvre ou étendre, lorsque cela est possible, l'automatisation des tests (API : Postman/Newman ou REST-assured ; UI : Playwright/Cypress/Selenium) et l'intégrer dans les portes qualité des pipelines CI/CD. • Réaliser des contrôles de performance et de fiabilité de base (par exemple avec JMeter) et signaler les risques en cas de menace sur les SLA. • Accompagner les utilisateurs des sites lors des phases de recette (UAT) ; recueillir les retours, consolider les anomalies et valider les correctifs avant mise en production. • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques, des indicateurs et des outils QA.

Formation et expérience requises • Vous justifiez de trois (03) années d'expérience minimum en assurance qualité / test logiciel (QA), démontrée notamment en planification de tests et en gestion des anomalies. • Vous avez une expérience pratique d'Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) pour le suivi des travaux et des anomalies. • Vous maîtrisez les tests fonctionnels et savez rédiger des cas de test, des critères d'acceptation et des rapports d'anomalies clairs. • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des tests d'API (par exemple Postman) et des compétences SQL opérationnelles pour la validation des données. • Vous êtes familier(ère) avec les concepts CI/CD et les workflows basés sur Git. JOB FUNCTION & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Program Officer for the Yiri Innovation Center, your main mission will be to coordinate the center's various programs in support of the innovation center responsible. MISSION: La Direction Technique Siège se renforce avec un Ingénieur en Génie Industriel pour faire face aux demandes techniques des terminaux portuaires sous sa responsabilité, dont plus de 80 % sont situés en Afrique. L'Ingénieur Génie Industriel, spécialisé dans la gestion et la maintenance des équipements portuaires, aura à charge de : - Assister les directions techniques des terminaux dans la gestion de la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements portuaires (STS, MHC, RTG, tracteur portuaire, centrale électrique, etc.). - Participer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs de disponibilité de la Direction Technique siège. - Participer activement aux démarches de fiabilisation des équipements ainsi qu'à la performance des ateliers. - Aider les terminaux dans la maîtrise et le suivi des indicateurs de performance - Être un acteur incontournable dans le diagnostic des pannes et proposition des solutions techniques adaptées aux équipements. - Veiller à l'application de la politique de maintenance groupe par les terminaux Portuaires - Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance, être un référent méthode et proposer des innovations technologiques. - Participer à l'organisation des ateliers, identification des besoins en outillage, pièces de rechanges et formation des équipes - Participer à la définition des cahiers des charges techniques des équipements ainsi que la réception usine après fabrication. - Analyser le reporting réguliers d'avancement sur base du plan d'action défini - Être un référent de l'excellence opérationnelle au sein de la Direction Technique et aider les sites dans le déploiement des processus EXOP (Excellence Opérationnelle).

PROFIL: Diplôme d'Ingénieur (ou équivalent) en Génie Industriel, Méthode maintenance, Électromécanique ou équivalent. Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en maintenance industrielle, idéalement dans un environnement portuaire. Connaissance en mécanique, électricité, hydraulique et automatisme industriel. Connaissance / Maîtrise des équipements portuaires tels que RTG, STS, MHC, et TUG Excellentes compétences en diagnostic et en résolution de pannes techniques. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et à encadrer des équipes techniques internationales. Bonne maîtrise de l'outil de GMAO (connaissance de Maximo serait un plus) Connaissance des normes de sécurité et réglementations en vigueur dans le domaine portuaire et notamment, appliquer aux équipements de levage. Esprit d'analyse, rigueur, force de proposition et forte capacité d'adaptation. Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).

MISSIONS: • Charger et décharger dans des conditions de sécurité optimale des conteneurs sur les remorques attelées à des tracteurs portuaires. • Transporter ces conteneurs vides/pleins pour positionnement sur un parc à conteneurs conformément aux instructions éditées par le responsable ; • Respecter les temps assignés à la conduite, relever et se faire relever au terme de la période de conduite ; • Remplir consciencieusement tous les documents afférents au poste ; • Se rassurer que les conteneurs soient positionnés dans les conditions de sécurité optimale ; • Vérifier les niveaux d'huile de moteur et de gasoil ainsi que la validité des documents de l'engin avant chaque début d'opération : • Tenir la cabine de conduite propre et dans des conditions d'hygiène adéquates pendant et après son utilisation.
