Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe opérationnelle de Kribi Conteneurs Terminal et et rattaché (e) hiérarchiquement à la Direction Générale de KCT qui assure la maitrise d'ouvrage des projets d'infrastructures pour le compte des entités opérationnelles.

Le/la Chef de Projet sera le représentant du Maitre d'Ouvrage dans le cadre d'un projet d'extension et de construction d'une plateforme de stockage intégrant la réalisation d'un terre-plein attenant de 8 ha sur terre. Il/Elle aura également la charge du suivi et de la coordination avec les parties prenantes à l'étude de faisabilité pour l'extension du terminal Phase 3.

Ce projet est à fort enjeu vis-à-vis des autorités, il est donc primordial que le planning – 14 mois – et le budget soient strictement maitrisés.

Il interviendra aux différentes phases du projet en défendant les intérêts du maitre d'ouvrage à chacune des étapes du projet :

-	Pilotage du projet : assurer le démarrage des travaux, leur exécution dans les délais et le respect du budget.
-	Suivi des autorisations nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux et interaction avec les différentes parties prenantes externes (administrations, autorités) et internes.
-	Phase Travaux : pilotage du projet, suivi des travaux, supervision de la PMC et coordination des différentes parties prenantes (entreprises, PMC, maître d'ouvrage, autorités, etc.).
-	Il sera spécifiquement en charge du pilotage technique, administratif et financier du ou des marchés de travaux, avec le soutien de la PMC.
-	Mise en service et exploitation du projet : pilotage des processus administratifs liés aux autorisations et licences pendant la phase d'exploitation, incluant l'animation des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
-	Suivi des appels d'offres pour la construction de bâtiments d'exploitation d'installations portuaires, en identifiant des exigences pour chaque construction 
-	Pilotage des travaux de bâtiment, du démarrage à la mise en service, en respectant le budget et les délais clés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-	15+ ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion de grands projets de construction à l'international et en particulier dans des environnements portuaires. 
Cette expérience est issue de missions en Entreprise de travaux et/ou en Maitrise d'œuvre d'exécution principalement, et à minima 1 an d'expérience en tant que MOA ou AMO. 
Une expérience significative en Afrique serait un élément favorisant.
-	Formation Bac+5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent ;
-	Parfaite connaissance de travaux maritimes et portuaires &amp; des contrats FIDIC ;
-	Maitrise de l'Anglais dans un cadre professionnel ;

General:
The Warehouse Manager for Afungi Base, reports to Logistics Manager and he is responsible for the effective management, control, and optimization of warehouse operations at the Afungi base. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant handling of materials, equipment, and consumables in support of operational and project requirements

Detail of the specific tasks: 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•	Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
•	Ensure proper layout, labeling, and storage methods to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
•	Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems.
•	Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, transport, and operations teams.
•	Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in line with operational demands.
•	Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
•	Control obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged stock in accordance with company procedures.
•	Ensure full compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and local regulations.
•	Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse team.
•	Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and proper use of PPE.
•	Maintain warehouse security and prevent loss, damage, or theft of materials.
•	Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel, including storekeepers and forklift operators.

Working Conditions

- Diagnostic Avancé : Utiliser les valises de diagnostic multimarques pour identifier les pannes électroniques (systèmes d'injection, ABS/EBS, AdBlue, boîtes automatiques).

- Électricité "Lourde" : Révision, réparation et remplacement des démarreurs et alternateurs (24V).

- Faisceaux &amp; Câblage : Réfection des faisceaux électriques endommagés (usure, vibrations, conditions de route), repérage de courts-circuits et problèmes de masse.

- Signalisation &amp; Sécurité : Maintenance de l'éclairage complet, des avertisseurs sonores et des systèmes de sécurité des engins (caméras de recul, bip de recul).

- Climatisation : Entretien et recharge des systèmes de climatisation (indispensable pour le confort des chauffeurs sur les longues routes).

- Suivi de flotte : Installation et maintenance des systèmes de géolocalisation (GPS/Tracking) et de gestion de carburant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- Formation : Diplôme en Électricité Automobile, Électromécanique ou Électronique embarquée.

- Expérience : Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur Poids Lourds (Marques type : Sinotruk, Shacman, Mercedes Actros, Volvo) ou engins de chantier.

- Compétences Techniques : Lecture fluide des schémas électriques, maîtrise du multimètre et des outils de diagnostic. Connaissance du multiplexage (CAN Bus).

- Savoir-être : Rigueur, patience (recherche de panne), et capacité à travailler en équipe avec les mécaniciens.&lt;br /&gt;

MISSION

AGL Côte d'Ivoire, filiale de AGL, recherche un Chef de Projet – Travaux maritimes et terrestres (H/F) qui sera le représentant du Maitre d'Ouvrage dans le cadre d'un projet de construction. Le poste est basé à Abidjan en Côte d'Ivoire.

Il/elle interviendra aux différentes phases du projet en défendant les intérêts du maitre d'ouvrage à chacune des étapes du projet :

- Pilotage du projet : assurer le démarrage des travaux, leur exécution dans les délais et le respect du budget.
- Suivi des autorisations nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux et interaction avec les différentes parties prenantes externes (administrations, autorités) et internes.
- Phase Travaux : pilotage du projet, suivi des travaux, supervision de la PMC et coordination des différentes parties prenantes (entreprises, PMC, maître d'ouvrage, autorités, etc.).
- Il sera spécifiquement en charge du pilotage technique, administratif et financier du ou des marchés de travaux, avec le soutien de la PMC.
- Mise en service et exploitation du projet : pilotage des processus administratifs liés aux autorisations et licences pendant la phase d'exploitation, incluant l'animation des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
- Suivi des appels d'offres pour la construction de bâtiments d'exploitation d'installations portuaires, en identifiant des exigences pour chaque construction
- Pilotage des travaux de bâtiment, du démarrage à la mise en service, en respectant le budget et les délais clés.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL

-Au minimum15 ans d'expérience professionnelle principalement dans la gestion de grands projets de construction à l'international et en particulier dans des environnements maritimes.

Cette expérience est constituée de missions en Entreprise de travaux et/ou en Maitrise d'œuvre d'exécution principalement. Une expérience significative en Afrique serait un atout.

- Formation Bac+5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent ;
- Bonne connaissance de travaux maritimes et portuaires &amp; des contrats FIDIC ;
- Maitrise de l'Anglais dans un cadre professionnel ;
- Excellente maitrise des processus d'appel d'offres internationaux et des négociations technico-financières ;
- Bonne connaissance des travaux de génie civil, terre-pleins, chaussée lourde ;
- Grande capacité d'adaptation dans le cadre de projets internationaux et dans un environnement multiculturel ;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans des délais contraints ;
- Sens du contact, de l'écoute du dialogue et du partage de l'information particulièrement développé afin de collaborer pleinement avec les opérationnels et les autres intervenants dans la résolution des problèmes intégrant des problématiques multifactorielles ;&lt;br /&gt;
