7. Handle Customs queries in liaison with the supervisor.

9. Lodge PGA regulatory import permits &amp; other consignment documents in TFP-KenTrade system.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Job Purpose:

Le projet
Conakry Terminal construit un troisième poste à quai, le Quai 14, avec ses terre-pleins et ses équipements de manutention. C'est un chantier portuaire d'envergure : un nouveau quai bâti en environnement marin, à côté d'un terminal qui reste en exploitation.

Nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Électricité pour piloter les lots électriques et réseaux, de la conception à la mise en service. Il ou elle travaillera aux côtés du Directeur de Projet, du Maître d'œuvre et des équipes techniques de Conakry Terminal.

Vos missions

Études et conception

Revoir et valider, avec le Consultant, les études de conception détaillée des réseaux :
courants forts (CFO) : HTA et BT ;
courants faibles (CFA) : SCADA, fibre optique, contrôle d'accès, CCTV, détection et protection incendie.
Vérifier que les installations sont adaptées au milieu portuaire : air salin, corrosion, humidité, indices de protection, cheminement des câbles sur le quai.

Interface avec le génie civil

Coordonner avec les équipes de génie civil et de travaux maritimes. L'objectif est d'intégrer les réservations, fourreaux et caniveaux techniques dans le quai et les terre-pleins avant le coulage du béton.
Préparer les raccordements au réseau existant du terminal sans perturber l'exploitation.

Suivi de chantier et mise en service

Inspecter régulièrement les travaux et contrôler la conformité des installations : postes de transformation, distribution, éclairage des terre-pleins, alimentation des équipements de manutention.
Participer aux essais et à la mise en service, jusqu'à la réception.

Sécurité

Garantir la sécurité électrique du chantier : conformité HSE, consignations, prévention des risques, sensibilisation des équipes et des sous-traitants.

Coordination et reporting

Être le point focal entre l'équipe Infrastructure locale et l'équipe Infrastructure basée en France.
Rendre compte de l'avancement des lots électriques : réalisations, difficultés, mesures correctives.
Alerter dès qu'une dérive de délai, de coût ou de qualité apparaît.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Votre profil

Formation
Diplôme d'ingénieur en génie électrique, électrotechnique ou réseaux (Bac+5).

Indispensable

5 ans minimum d'expérience en pilotage de projets de construction ou d'installation électrique HTA/BT.
Bonne maîtrise des réseaux HTA/BT et des normes électriques nationales et internationales.
Anglais professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé).

Vos atouts

Une expérience sur des projets portuaires (quai, terminal, équipements de manutention) ou d'électrification de plateformes pétrolières. Vous connaissez alors les contraintes d'un environnement marin.
Une expérience en milieu industriel ou minier.
Une expérience de coordination avec un Maître d'œuvre ou un bureau d'études sur chantier.
Une expérience sur systèmes SCADA ou automatisme industriel. Elle n'est pas éliminatoire si le reste du profil est solide.
Des habilitations électriques H2V/B2V ou équivalent. À défaut, une formation interne est possible.

The Client Operations Manager will coordinate the efficient receipt, inspection, documentation, and handover of all cargo arriving at site while ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and HSE standards. 

1.Cargo Receiving &amp; Inspection
• Receive all incoming cargo and verify delivery documentation against the physical shipment to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect cargo for quantity, condition, packaging integrity and correct labelling before acceptance.
• Identify, document and immediately report shortages, damages, incorrect deliveries or any cargo discrepancies to the Site Operations Supervisor and client representatives.
• Ensure all received cargo is accurately recorded, tagged and transferred to the designated storage or operational area.

2. Truck Inspection &amp; HSE Compliance
• Inspect all vehicles arriving on site to verify compliance with site access requirements and operational standards.
• Verify vehicle condition, load security, lashing quality and overall cargo safety before offloading commences.
• Confirm compliance with PPE requirements and site safety procedures by drivers and transport personnel.
• Report unsafe conditions, non-conformities, near misses and incidents promptly to the Site Operations Supervisor and QHSE team.

3.Offloading Coordination &amp; Site Operations
• Coordinate truck arrivals and offloading schedules with clients, warehouse personnel and operations teams to optimize turnaround time.
• Liaise with the Control Tower and Track &amp; Trace Officer to align vehicle arrivals with site readiness.
• Monitor offloading activities to ensure cargo is handled safely and efficiently.
• Escalate delays, congestion or operational bottlenecks that may affect service delivery.

4 Reporting &amp; Documentation

Job Purpose

1. Driver Training and Development
•	Plan and deliver induction, initial, refresher, remedial and periodic driver training using classroom, practical, yard-based and in-cab methods.
•	Train drivers in professional and defensive driving, vehicle familiarisation, inspections, reversing/manoeuvring, coupling/uncoupling, safe parking and breakdown procedures.
•	Deliver training on load securing, lashing/unlashing, cargo stability, loading/offloading safety, fatigue and journey management, rollover/collision prevention, hijacking prevention, emergency response, incident reporting and AGL Transport Golden Rules.
•	Deliver or facilitate Dangerous Goods and customer/product-specific training within the trainer's approved competence and registration scope.
•	Provide on-the-job coaching, toolbox talks and targeted awareness sessions for new, inexperienced or under-performing drivers.

2. Driver Competency Assessment 
•	Conduct initial, periodic, post-incident and remedial theoretical and practical competency assessments against applicable occupational/unit standards, AGL requirements and approved assessment criteria.
•	Conduct in-cab/accompanied driving assessments and observations covering vehicle control, road behaviour, hazard perception, defensive driving, route discipline and safe operating practices.
•	Assess competence for relevant vehicle categories and specialised activities within registered scope; record outcomes and recommend drivers as competent, requiring coaching/reassessment, or not yet competent.
•	Reassess drivers following serious incidents, repeated unsafe behaviour, significant telematics events or identified competency gaps.
•	Verify appropriate licence, PrDP, medical fitness and authorisation before practical or in-cab training/assessment and escalate identified gaps.

3. Route Risk and Specialised Transport
•	Participate with QHSE and Transport Operations in route risk assessments, surveys and route familiarisation for new, changed, high-risk or customer-specific routes.
•	Identify relevant road, traffic, security, environmental, weather, rest-stop, parking, loading/offloading, border and emergency-response hazards and translate approved controls into driver briefings and training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
RULES AND REGULATIONS
•	Conduct training and assessment in accordance with AGL procedures, the QHSE Management System and applicable South African road transport, Dangerous Goods and occupational health and safety requirements.

1. Handle day-to- day operational relationship with the client

2. Manage the file processing
• Update the client and the IFFOS on the file processing progress and update the monitoring software on the status of each file.

• Book cargo with shipping lines
• Organize transport for delivery of containers for stuffing /POR
• Follow up with shipping lines on the arrival of vessels
• Follow up on the receipt of invoices, attach the same to the relevant file and submit for approval
• Update the system
• Regularly archive the files (physically &amp; electronically)
• Ensure that client files have all the required attachments and copies of these maintained on file

3. Alert/Inform Management
• Alert the client in case of operational issues (potential or real) and escalate to the IFFOS the issues that you are unable to handle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding.
2. East Africa Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate will be an added advantage.

Job Purpose:
Training Officer is responsible to ensure all drivers are trained, assessed, and certified in accordance with legislative, TETA/QCTO, and company requirements, promoting safe, compliant, and efficient transport operations. The role is responsible for delivering driver training, verifying compliance, monitoring competency, and maintaining accurate training records to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Function: 
Training Delivery &amp; Assessment
•	Deliver scheduled internal driver training sessions (classroom, yard-based and in-cab practical)
•	Conduct daily toolbox talks / pre-shift DG safety briefings (placarding, segregation, TRECs, PPE, emergency procedures)
•	Perform practical assessments and re-assessments of drivers against US 123259 and internal standards
•	Provide on-the-job coaching/mentoring to new and under-performing drivers
Compliance Verification (before dispatch)
•	Verify daily that drivers hold valid PrDP-D, DG certificate and medical fitness certificate before departure of Depot — flag non-compliant drivers to Operations immediately
•	Observe pre-trip vehicle inspections: placards, orange diamonds, fire extinguishers, PPE, spill kit, DG documentation/tremcards
Records &amp; Evidence
•	Complete attendance registers for every session (TETA/QCTO POE evidence)
•	Capture all training activity into the training records system/LMS same day
•	Update the driver training matrix daily
•	Conduct incident/near-miss debriefs and record corrective coaching
Medicals &amp; Certification Oversight
•	Review the medical expiry tracker (30/60/90-day lookahead) and book drivers for occupational medical examinations
•	Follow up on medical results; escalate "unfit" or conditional findings to HR/Ops
•	Prepare HAZCHEM/DG certificates for drivers found competent during the week (medical must be valid before issue)
PTOs (Planned Task Observations)
•	Execute the scheduled weekly quota of PTOs (loading, offloading, pre-trip, en-route behaviour, emergency equipment checks) and log findings
•	Raise corrective actions from PTO deviations and close out previous actions
Training Management
•	Plan and schedule the coming week's training (new hires, refreshers, product/route-specific)
•	Update the compliance dashboard: % drivers with valid medicals, PrDP-D, DG certs
•	Review incident/inspection reports to identify training gaps
•	Compile weekly training report for the Training/Fleet Manager
•	Maintain training aids (PPE sets, demo placards, spill kits, fire extinguishers)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Reporting (Core KPI)
•	Compile and submit the Monthly Training Hours Report — hours per driver, per programme, per site — feeding into the WSP/ATR (TETA/QCTO) and internal KPIs
•	Submit the PTO completion report — confirming the required number of PTOs per month were performed, with trend analysis of deviations
Medicals &amp; HAZCHEM Certificates
•	Reconcile the medicals register: all drivers medically fit, bookings done for expiries due next month
•	Issue HAZCHEM/DG certificates for all competent drivers; submit results for NLRD upload via the SDF
•	Report certification/medical compliance % to management
Internal Driver Training
•	Conduct the scheduled monthly internal driver training module (e.g., DG refresher, emergency response drill, spill response, firefighting, product-specific handling, defensive driving element)
•	Run at least one practical emergency drill with drivers
Material Review &amp; Development
•	Review training material — update when: SANS standards are amended, NRTA regulations change, new products/routes are added, or PTO/incident trends reveal gaps
•	Develop new material/toolbox talk content as required; ensure continued alignment with TETA/QCTO accreditation scope
Quality &amp; Admin
•	Conduct internal moderation of the month's assessments
•	Audit a sample of driver training files for completeness
•	Plan next month's training schedule with Ops; reconcile training budget/spend
•	Present training compliance status at the monthly SHEQ/Ops meeting

Minimum Requirements
•	Assessor qualification – US 115753 "Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment" (NQF 5)
•	Registered Constituent Assessor with TETA (or QCTO), with scope specifically covering US 123259 – this is the single most critical requirement; without it, the trainer cannot sign off competent certificates or have results uploaded to the NLRD
•	Facilitator qualification – US 117871 "Facilitate Learning Using a Variety of Given Methodologies" (NQF 5)
•	Personally competent in US 123259 or Equivalent 
•	Valid Code 14 (EC) driver's licence with a current PrDP-D (Professional Driving Permit – Dangerous Goods category)
•	Current DG training certificate (note industry recertification cycle of ±12 months)
•	Minimum 2–3 years' practical experience in dangerous goods transport/logistics&lt;br /&gt;

Le projet porte sur l'extension du terminal à conteneurs de Conakry Terminal, dans un contexte de croissance des trafics et de besoin d'amélioration des capacités de traitement du terminal. Il vise à renforcer les infrastructures portuaires existantes, à créer de nouvelles capacités opérationnelles et à améliorer les conditions d'exploitation, notamment au travers de nouveaux aménagements terrestres et de leurs interfaces avec les ouvrages maritimes, les équipements portuaires et les zones d'exploitation existantes.

Les travaux sont réalisés dans un environnement portuaire en activité, avec des contraintes fortes de phasage, de maintien de l'exploitation, de sécurité, de circulation et de coordination entre les différents intervenants. Le lot terrestre couvre notamment les plateformes, chaussées, réseaux, assainissements, défense incendie, réseaux de fibre optique, équipements électriques, éclairage, ouvrages de VRD et aménagements nécessaires à la mise en service des nouvelles infrastructures.

Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe projet de Conakry Terminal, l'Ingénieur Travaux – Responsable Lot Terrestre interviendra directement en phase Travaux, sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet Adjoint, avec un rattachement fonctionnel à la Direction Immobilier et Construction du groupe AGL à Puteaux (92).

Il/elle aura pour mission d'assurer, pour le compte du Maître d'Ouvrage, le suivi opérationnel du lot terrestre, en appui du Chef de Projet Adjoint, en veillant à la bonne coordination des intervenants, à la maîtrise des interfaces chantier et au respect des objectifs de planning, de coût, de sécurité et de qualité attendue.

Le Maître d'Œuvre assure le contrôle direct de l'exécution et de la qualité des travaux. L'Ingénieur Travaux – Responsable Lot Terrestre intervient côté Maître d'Ouvrage pour suivre, challenger, consolider et faire remonter les informations techniques, opérationnelles et contractuelles nécessaires au pilotage du lot, sans se substituer au rôle du Maître d'Œuvre.
•	Suivre au quotidien l'avancement du lot terrestre et consolider les informations issues du chantier, du Maître d'Œuvre et de l'entreprise de travaux afin d'identifier les écarts, points de blocage et décisions à préparer.
•	Coordonner les interfaces techniques et opérationnelles du lot terrestre avec les autres composantes du projet, notamment les travaux maritimes, les réseaux, les équipements portuaires, les ouvrages de génie civil, les circulations chantier et les exploitants du terminal.
•	Analyser les constats, rapports et alertes du Maître d'Œuvre relatifs à la qualité, aux méthodes d'exécution, aux non-conformités et aux points techniques du lot terrestre, et alerter le Chef de Projet Adjoint lorsque des arbitrages sont nécessaires.
•	Participer aux réunions de chantier et aux revues techniques, préparer les éléments de synthèse et contribuer à la résolution des points bloquants en coordination avec le Maître d'Œuvre, l'entreprise et les équipes d'exploi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Formation Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur, master spécialisé ou équivalent), spécialisation génie civil, travaux publics, infrastructures, VRD ou aménagements portuaires.
•	Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en conduite ou suivi de travaux de génie civil, VRD, chaussées, plateformes industrielles, infrastructures portuaires ou grands projets d'aménagement.
