General:

Rémunération / Contrôle :

•	Elaboration des packages de rémunération et leur actualisation annuelle pour les expatriés de droit français et de droit anglais.
•	Estimation et validation (via un outil SIRH interne) du coût global de la mobilité.
•	Support des équipes RH locales dans l'élaboration et la validation des packages Locaux+.
•	Transmission des instructions aux différents services de paie en France et en local.
•	Contrôle et suivi de la mise en place des packages de rémunération.
•	Audit annuel des différentes paies (rémunération, avantages sociaux). 

Gestion administrative :

•	Rédaction contractuelle : préparation des propositions d'embauche et de mutation, de contrats de travail et d'avenants d'affectation.
•	Coordination des départs et retours d'expatriation (déménagements, constitution des dossiers d'immigration, …).
•	Gestion et suivi des affiliations et des radiations auprès des différents organismes (couverture santé, pension fund, …) en coordination avec les services de paie.
•	Mise à jour des outils SIRH (Teams RH, E2Time).
•	Contrôle et suivi des différents avantages liés à l'expatriation (budgets voyages, frais de scolarité, primes de rideau, …) 
•	Mise à jour des reportings liés à la mobilité internationale en coordination avec le service Compensations &amp; Benefits.
•	Gestion des VIE: demandes d'affectation, lien avec Business France et les entités locales, suivi administratif.

Sujets transverses :

Vous maitrisez l'anglais à un niveau courant, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
Vous maîtrisez Pack Office et vous êtes particulièrement à l'aise sur Excel.

•	Ensure VAS (Value Added Service) team is managed including Kitting for specified customers.

•	Compile daily KPI reports on activities in the respective area.
•	Ensure that all staff are sufficiently trained and versed in the operation of the system, scanners and processes as required.
•	Manage manpower requirements and productivity effectively and avoid unnecessary over time.
•	Maintain staff discipline.
•	Optimise workload and staff numbers.
•	Staff are developed and mentored accordingly to the agreed plan.
•	Leave plan compiled to optimize workload and performance.

Communication and Reporting:

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
