Key Responsibilities
1. Transport Operations Management 
• Coordinate and oversee daily transport activities including route planning, driver and vehicle allocation, and real-time operational monitoring. 
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods in line with customer SLAs and operational plans. 
• Ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of company-owned and subcontracted fleets.

2. Fleet &amp; Equipment Management.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure fleet availability, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance. 
• Monitor fleet utilization, fuel consumption, mileage, downtime, and operating costs. 
• Implement fuel management and cost-control initiatives to improve efficiency. 
• Manage transport management systems (TMS) and digital tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of fleet records.

3. People Management &amp; Leadership
• Lead, coach, and motivate drivers, fleet officers, dispatchers, and transport operations staff. 
• Manage recruitment support, onboarding, induction, and training of drivers and fleet personnel. 
• Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance and leave schedules, and enforce discipline in line with company HR policies. 
• Address employee grievances promptly and fairly while maintaining operational discipline and accountability

4.Performance Monitoring, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement
• Develop, track, and analyze transport KPIs covering cost, service levels, safety performance, fleet utilization, and productivity. 
• Ensure adherence to approved SOPs for dispatch, routing, journey management, and client communication. 
• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure operational compliance and efficiency. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean transport practices and process optimization.

5. QHSSE Compliance &amp; Safety.
• Enforce strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) policies and statutory requirements. 
• Ensure subcontractors comply fully with company HSE standards and contractual obligations. 
• Support sustainability initiatives including fuel reduction, emissions control, eco-driving practices, and environmental protection measures.

6. Client &amp; Stakeholder Management 
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all transport-related matters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Commercial, and QHSSE teams to align transport activities with business objectives. 
• Support service improvement initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.

7.P&amp;L and Financial Responsibility
• Manage the transport P&amp;L, including monitoring revenues, operating costs, and profitability. 
• Prepare and manage transport budgets, forecasts, and cost-control plans. 
• Implement cost-optimization strategies related to fleet size, fuel usage, maintenance, subcontracting, and route efficiency.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in fleet and transport operations, including managerial responsibility.
• Proven track record in managing a large fleet and delivering transport solutions in East Africa.
• Strong knowledge of transport regulatory environment and operational best practices in Kenya.
• Experience in using transport management systems (TMS), GPS tracking tools, and fleet analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs, regulatory, and QHSSE standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Dans le cadre du programme Streamline de déploiement de SAP S/4HANA au sein du groupe Africa Global Logistics, vous assurerez le support fonctionnel des modules FI/CO et accompagnerez leur déploiement dans les pays de votre périmètre.

En lien avec l'équipe projet centrale et les équipes locales, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de déploiement : analyse des écarts entre le modèle groupe et les pratiques locales, recueil des besoins, paramétrage, tests, formation des utilisateurs, reprise des données, bascule et support après mise en production.

Au quotidien, vous accompagnerez les équipes Finance dans l'utilisation de SAP FI/CO, analyserez les incidents et contribuerez à leur résolution. Vous participerez également à la documentation des processus et à l'amélioration des déploiements suivants à partir des retours d'expérience.

En lien avec l'équipe projet centrale et les équipes locales, vos principales tâches seront les suivantes :

- Assurer le support fonctionnel de niveau 1 sur SAP FI/CO, analyser les incidents et transmettre au niveau 2 ceux qui nécessitent une intervention complémentaire.
- Accompagner les équipes Finance dans l'utilisation de SAP, notamment pour la comptabilité générale, fournisseurs et clients, les immobilisations et le contrôle de gestion.
- Analyser les écarts entre le modèle groupe et les processus locaux, recueillir les besoins métier et contribuer au paramétrage de la solution.
- Préparer et exécuter les tests, organiser la recette avec les utilisateurs clés et suivre la résolution des anomalies.
- Concevoir les supports de formation, former les utilisateurs et tenir à jour la documentation fonctionnelle.
- Participer à la reprise des données, à la préparation de la bascule et au démarrage de la solution dans chaque pays.
- Assurer le support après mise en production et transmettre les sujets résiduels à l'équipe chargée du support courant.
- Recueillir les retours d'expérience afin d'améliorer les vagues de déploiement suivantes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
De formation Bac +4/5 en finance, comptabilité, informatique de gestion ou domaine équivalent, vous justifiez de 2 à 7 ans d'expérience en support, déploiement ou conseil SAP FI/CO.

Vous maîtrisez les principaux processus financiers : comptabilité générale, fournisseurs et clients, immobilisations, trésorerie et contrôle de gestion. Vous connaissez le paramétrage SAP et les interactions de FI/CO avec les modules MM et SD. Une expérience sur SAP S/4HANA est fortement souhaitée ; une expérience sur SAP ECC est également appréciée.

Vous avez participé à des phases de tests et de recette utilisateur, ainsi qu'à la formation d'utilisateurs clés ou finaux. Une expérience des solutions de digitalisation du cycle P2P et des notions d'ABAP ou de debugging seraient des atouts.

Rigoureux et pédagogue, vous savez analyser les problèmes, travailler avec des équipes de différents pays et gérer plusieurs priorités. La maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral est indispensable. Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements selon le calendrier des déploiements.&lt;br /&gt;

La direction financière AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, un sous-groupe du groupe MSC fortement implanté sur le continent africain, a lancé depuis fin 2025 un projet de déploiement de l'ERP SAP S4/HANA, couplé à la mise en place des solutions ESKER (digitalisation cycle P2P) et NEOFI (communication bancaire) afin de remplacer ses anciens outils comptables et financiers. Ce programme à grande échelle vise à définir un modèle financier centralisé répondant aux besoins des différentes activités (portuaire, maritime, logistique, ferroviaire), puis à le déployer dans les 50 pays Africa Global Logistics. 
La Direction Financière souhaite renforcer l'équipe interne qui gère ce programme en recrutant un manager support et déploiement SAP S4/HANA FI/CO. 
Le manager est le responsable de l'équipe support / déploiement locale et reporte au directeur du programme basé au siège du groupe en France. Il est chargé de piloter les projets de déploiement des solutions SAP-ESKER ainsi que d'assurer un support efficace et pérenne des systèmes en production. Il garantit la qualité de service, la performance opérationnelle et l'alignement avec les besoins métiers.

Principales Missions :
Pilotage des déploiements
•	Piloter la stratégie de déploiement du programme (SAP – ESKER – NEOFI) définie par la direction de programme
•	Coordonner, en collaboration avec l'équpe centrale, les projets de roll-out par clusters (multi-pays / multi-entités)
•	Superviser et staffer les phases projet : cadrage, fit-gap analysis, paramétrage, tests, mise en production (go-live), hypercare
•	Gérer les dépendances entre projets et monitorer les risques
•	Garantir le respect des coûts, délais et qualité
Management du support (AMS)
•	Organiser et encadrer l'activité de support (Niveau 1 et escalade niveau 2)
•	Superviser le monitoring des interfaces et proposer des plans d'actions de correction pérennes
•	Mettre en place et suivre les SLA/OLA et reporter ces éléments à la direction de programme et aux pays / entités
•	Superviser la gestion des incidents, demandes et problèmes
•	Veiller à la continuité de service et à la performance des applications
Gouvernance et amélioration continue 
•	Contrbuer à animer la gouvernance IT autour de SAP 
•	Identifier et mettre en œuvre des axes d'optimisation et d'amélioration continue 
•	Assurer la documentation des processus et des solutions 
•	Suivre et analyser les KPI de performance
Management d'équipe 
•	Contribuer à recruter puis encadrer une équipe interne et/ou externe (consultants, chefs de projet, support)
•	Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan d'induction et de formation des équipes.
•	Piloter la transformation progressive des équipes support Legacy vers les activités SAP, Esker et Neofi.
•	Mettre en place les méthodes, outils, KPI permettant de transformer l'équipe de support Ascens Services en centre de compétences (?) Streamline pour le groupe.
•	Développer les compétences et accompagner&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications requises :
Expérience : 
•	8 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le support ou le déploiement d'ERP Finance 
•	Solide connaissance des processus financiers et des principes comptables 
•	Expérience confirmée en déploiement (roll-out international apprécié) 
•	Expérience en management d'équipe et de prestataires 
•	Une expérience sur SAP ECC et/ou S/4HANA (module FI/CO) est un atout
•	Une expérience sur des solutions de digitalisation du cycle P2P serait un plus

Vous êtes un professionnel autonome, rigoureux et engagé, capable de piloter la stratégie et la mise en œuvre des actions de conduite du changement afin de sécuriser l'adoption des nouvelles solutions, processus et modes de fonctionnement.

Vous reportez au Directeur de Programme et travaillez en autonomie au sein de l'équipe projet.

Expérience : 

Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Responsable Change Management. Une expérience de déploiement d'ERP à l'international ainsi que des principaux processus comptables est souhaitée.

Formation : 

Niveau minimum bac +5, formation initiale en Finance / Contrôle de Gestion / Comptabilité ou profil ingénieur

Compétences techniques :

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our large fleet of trucks and trailers to ensure optimal performance and safety, while leading assistant mechanics and upholding high-quality standards in line with workshop SOPs.

1)	Key Responsibilities
a.	Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air system issues in Zalawi trucks and trailers using advanced diagnostic tools and expertise.
b.	Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, air systems, and electrical systems to restore full functionality.
c.	Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, tire inspections, and system checks, to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan
d.	Inspect and maintain trailer systems, including suspension, coupling mechanisms, and load-bearing components.
e.	Assign tasks to assistant mechanics, provide clear instructions, and ensure their work is completed to the correct standard and in accordance with workshop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
f.	Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet safety, industry, and workshop SOP standards, maintaining a high-quality standard across all work performed
g.	Document all work performed, including parts used and service records, for accurate fleet maintenance tracking
