MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Participer aux visites régulières des sites pour repérer les besoins d'intervention
Étudier les documents techniques contractuels et le contexte de chaque intervention
Aider au suivi quotidien des travaux des entreprises sous-traitantes
Vérifier que les prescriptions techniques, environnementales et les consignes HSE sont respectées
Signaler à l'Ingénieur Travaux les dysfonctionnements et non-conformités constatés
Participer aux métrés et aux constats sur chantier (relevés, photos)
Transmettre aux entrepreneurs les consignes de la hiérarchie
Vérifier que les entreprises laissent un chantier propre à la fin des travaux
Aider à coordonner les entreprises avec les équipes d'exploitation et les autres entreprises du même périmètre
Contribuer au rapport journalier HSE pour la partie infrastructures et aux reportings demandés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Élève ingénieur(e) en fin de cycle ou jeune ingénieur(e) diplômé(e) en génie civil, BTP, travaux publics ou dans une spécialité équivalente
Un premier stage ou une première expérience sur chantier est un plus
Bonnes bases en suivi de chantier, lecture de plans et métrés

Job Purpose:
To provide accurate clerical and administrative support to the maintenance function by maintaining asset and work order information, coordinating job card documentation, updating the Maximo asset management system and producing planning reports that support safe, efficient and reliable equipment maintenance. The position ensures that parts and supplies are properly inventoried and catalogued and supports the maintenance planner.

Key Responsibilities:

•	Sort and distribute PMs on a daily and weekly basis.
•	Compile and distribute PMs and Job Plans as requested.
•	Receive completed work orders and capture/complete these in MAXIMO, and
•	ensure data is completed accurately.
•	Create service requests as requested.
•	Generate reports from MAXIMO as required.
•	Assist maintenance supervisors and planner with work order tracking and required information for planned work.
•	Attend meetings within the work management process as needed, record actions and distribute approved schedules
•	Capture all data relating to maintenance and maintenance system, ensuring data is loaded timeously, accurately, and as per requirements.
•	Ensure all documents are filed (electronically and manually) to a high standard and correctly.
•	Record work order compliance in accordance with standards.
•	Compile weekly and monthly reports on backlog, schedule compliance, outstanding job cards, planned work and maintenance performance. 
•	Maintain orderly electronic and hard copy filling systems for maintenances records, OEM manuals, drawings, certificate and reports. 
•	Assist with purchase requisitions, reservations, service entry documentation and the tracking of maintenance related materials and services.

1.	Construction et analyse de Business Plans : 
-	Dans le cadre d'appels d'offre et d'opportunités d'investissements, en lien avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles projets, ainsi que les entités opérationnelles africaines, production de Business Plans et de note de synthèse (contexte business, hypothèses clé du BP, analyse des risques et sensibilités) 
-	Revues de dossiers d'investissements avant présentation en comité d'investissements.

2.	Suivi et analyse des investissements de croissance de la BU Logistique &amp; Shipping : 
-	Préparation d'un reporting trimestriel sur les investissements stratégiques.
-	Suivi / analyse de ces investissements dans le nouveau BP à 5 ans produit au cours du 2e semestre.
-	Analyse des indicateurs financiers (Capex, CA, Ebitda) générés par ces investissements, production des commentaires synthétiques d'activité à destination du top management.

3.	Autres
-	Participation aux résultats mensuels et BP 5 ans : commentaires d'activités et productions d'analyses transverses. 
-	Sujets ad hoc à la demande du management.

Le/la Chef(fe) de Projet constitue l'interface centrale entre les équipes RH, Paie, DSI, Finance, le Siège ainsi que l'intégrateur/éditeur. Il/elle pilote le projet jusqu'à la mise en production et à la stabilisation de la nouvelle solution.

Missions principales
•	Piloter le projet CORI de bout en bout : cadrage, planning, jalons, livrables, risques et plans d'actions ; 
•	Recueillir et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels de la Paie et de la GTA ; 
•	Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes : Paie, Administration RH, SIRH, DSI, Finance, Groupe, éditeur et intégrateur ; 
•	Participer à la définition et à la validation des règles de gestion et du paramétrage de la nouvelle solution ; 
•	Piloter la reprise, le nettoyage, la fiabilisation et la migration des données ;

Profil recherché
•	Formation supérieure Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, SIRH, systèmes d'information, gestion de projet ou domaine équivalent ; 
•	5 ans d'expérience minimum, idéalement dans la Paie, le SIRH ou la conduite de projets RH ; 
•	Une expérience concrète d'un projet de changement, migration ou déploiement d'un logiciel de paie/GTA est fortement souhaitée ; 
•	Bonne compréhension des processus de paie, administration du personnel et gestion des temps ; 
•	Expérience de la migration et du contrôle de données ; 
•	Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et forte aisance avec les outils digitaux ;
