Dans le cadre de l'optimisation de ses opérations, notre terminal recherche un Yard Manager chargé de maximiser l'utilisation de l'espace de stockage et d'organiser efficacement les conteneurs sur le parc.
Il/Elle contribue directement à l'amélioration de la productivité des engins de manutention et à la fluidité des opérations navires et terrestres.

Missions principales
Stratégie de stockage

Définir et organiser les zones de stockage selon les types de flux (import, export, transbordement, conteneurs vides, dangereux, reefers, OOG)
Optimiser l'occupation du parc

Planification des mouvements

Superviser les activités de “housekeeping” (réorganisation du parc)
Réduire les doubles manipulations et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle

Coordination opérationnelle

Collaborer étroitement avec le Yard Planner pour un positionnement optimal des conteneurs
Assurer la cohérence entre planification et exécution terrain

Gestion des ressources

Planifier et affecter les engins (RTG, Reach Stackers, Forklift, Empty Handler, Terminal Truck)
Superviser les équipes et les chauffeurs selon les priorités opérationnelles

Profil recherché
Formation: Bac+3 minimum en logistique, gestion ou domaine technique

Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans les opérations portuaires

Missions principales
Supervision et exploitation du système d'information

Assurer une supervision proactive des équipements critiques

Support et gestion des incidents

Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents liés aux postes de travail et équipements IT
Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation du réseau Wi-Fi (infrastructure Altai Care)
Maintenir un haut niveau de disponibilité des équipements d'exploitation

Administration et gestion des accès

Job Purpose:

Job Function: 

- ITIL MIS support process: Be the primary escalation point for ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting complex technical issues, logs analyze. reporting, monitoring for users in the scope of work.
- Ensure IT Hardware resources and capacity planning (see inventory and capacity planning in deliverables here after)
- Contribute to IT Infrastructure projects/major change in the state of the art: express of needs from users, planning of implementation (priorities), specifications book, tender, supplier choice, user acceptance test
- Must be the custodian of the group norms and policies respect: Use only Business applications/MIS services compliant with AGL IT catalogue 
- Apply MSC AGL security and licensing policies
- Manage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA: Review supplier's contracts making sure they are in accordance with AGL requirements, meeting our expectations. Apply penalties for non-compliancy.
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
- Ensure IT Infrastructure management is compliant with ISO processes, ITIL processes and QHSE processes.
- Techno watch, anticipate new technologies

Deliverables:

-IT Hardware resources management and capacity planning:
•	Hardware inventory (including IT contracts). Frequency = DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY
•	Capacity planning (including hardware and workforce requirements). Frequency = QUATERLY 

- Infrastructure management:
•	Projects UAT (User Acceptance Test). Frequency = ONE UAT PER PROJECT
•	Contribute to Infrastructure Action plan update. Frequency = MONTHLY
•	Weekly meeting with Reporting line Manager. Frequency = WEEKLY

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

- ITIL foundations certified.

- Proficiency with networking (e.g., LAN, SD-WAN, VLANs, switches, firewalls, and routing protocols).

Monitor documentation, and approvals specific to SEZ operations.

2. Documentation Management
File management in SPOT
Verify and process shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BOE, Shipping Bills, etc.).
Ensure accurate filing of import/export declarations.
Maintain proper records for audits and compliance checks.
Coordinate with Custom House Agent for timely documentation.

3. Operations &amp; Cargo Handling
Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure minimal dwell time and avoid demurrage/detention charges.
Monitor cargo tracking and update stakeholders on status.

4. Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and airlines.
Ensure timely communication on shipment updates and issues.
Proactive communication with customers and internal stake holders for service delivery and improvements.

5. Team Supervision
Supervise IFFO and support teams.
Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

6. Reporting &amp; MIS
Prepare daily/weekly shipment reports and KPI dashboards.
Track clearance timelines, delays, and compliance issues.
Provide operational insights to management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

Contexte du poste :

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre dispositif de pilotage des opérations maritimes, nous recrutons un Shipping Operations &amp; Performance Analyst.
Ce poste s'inscrit dans une dynamique de montée en maturité de l'activité shipping, avec un objectif clair : fiabiliser les données, renforcer le pilotage économique et améliorer la performance globale des escales.
Vous interviendrez au cœur des opérations, en appui direct au Shipping Manager, avec un rôle clé dans la lecture de la performance, la détection des dérives et l'aide à la décision.

Vos principales missions :

1-	Fiabilité des coûts et des revenus armateurs
2-	Qualité du suivi et du pilotage des escales 
3-	Détection proactive des dérives opérationnelles et financières 
4-	Mise en place d'une culture de performance et d'amélioration continue 

Vos activités quotidiennes :

1 Fiabilité des données opérationnelles et financières
•	Collecter, consolider et structurer les données liées aux escales
•	Vérifier la cohérence des données (coûts, revenus, volumes, délais)
•	Contrôler l'exhaustivité et la fiabilité des provisions de frais d'escale
•	Identifier, analyser et qualifier les anomalies et écarts
2 Reporting et analyse de performance
•	Produire les reportings opérationnels et CAP (hebdomadaires et mensuels)
•	Suivre les indicateurs clés (coûts, délais, qualité, revenus armateurs)
•	Mettre en évidence les dérives et formuler des recommandations concrètes


3 Support au pilotage opérationnel
•	Préparer les éléments de pilotage des escales (prévisions coûts, contraintes, risques)
•	Consolider les rapports d'escale orienté amélioration continue
•	Suivre les indicateurs d'exécution en temps réel (délais, incidents, dérives)
•	Alerter le Shipping Manager en cas de dérive opérationnelle ou financière

• Expérience en analyse de données / contrôle de gestion opérationnelle est un atout majeur
• Expérience dans le domaine du shipping, de la logistique et/ ou un environnement multinational fortement appréciée
• Sensibilisation aux règles de compliance et d'éthique groupe
• Maîtrise de l'anglais : courant ou professionnel
