Le Responsable Support IT Opérationnel coordonne l'ensemble des activités du système d'information au sein du Terminal de Kagbelen. Il garantit la disponibilité et la performance des outils informatiques critiques utilisés par les opérations (Terminal, ZMT, EVA) et assure l'interface entre les équipes métiers et l'IT dans une logique d'excellence opérationnelle.

Missions principales
Supervision et exploitation du système d'information

Garantir le bon fonctionnement du SI opérationnel (TOS, systèmes embarqués, Teklogix, radios, scanners, flasheurs, imprimantes, copieurs, Wi-Fi)
Assurer une supervision proactive des équipements critiques
Planifier et réaliser les maintenances préventives et curatives (points d'accès, onduleurs, etc.)
Organiser au moins une bascule annuelle du système OSCAR pour garantir la continuité d'activité

Support et gestion des incidents

Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents liés aux postes de travail et équipements IT
Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation du réseau Wi-Fi (infrastructure Altai Care)
Maintenir un haut niveau de disponibilité des équipements d'exploitation

Administration et gestion des accès

Créer, modifier et supprimer les comptes utilisateurs sur le serveur OSCAR
Assurer la sauvegarde quotidienne des données
Veiller à l'application des politiques de sécurité du SI

Coordination et interface

Servir de point focal entre les opérations du terminal et l'équipe IT centrale
Superviser les prestataires dans le respect des normes HSE
Participer aux projets IT et groupes de travail

Gestion documentaire et conformité

Maintenir à jour l'inventaire des équipements (Teklogix, radios, points d'accès, etc.)
Documenter les procédures, guides utilisateurs et rapports d'incidents
Veiller à la sécurité des locaux techniques en collaboration avec le HSE

Context : 
The Finance Department of AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, a sub-group of the MSC Group with a strong presence on the African continent, is launching a project to deploy the SAP S4/HANA ERP to replace its legacy accounting and financial tools. This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group.
The Finance Department wishes to strengthen the internal team that will manage this program by recruiting a SAP S4 Finance Business Analyst. 

Purpose	: 
Member of the Finance / EPM Finance Department, the candidate will join the Finance SAP project team based in Puteaux. 
The SAP S4 Finance Program is structured by Finance functional streams: Record-to-Report; Order-to-Cash ; Purchase-to-Pay.
The Business Analyst main goal is to contribute to the various steps of the program:
•	Deployment of the solution to the 50 AGL countries (more than 200 companies) : project management, set-up of the solution, data migration, UAT organization, training and hyper care. 
•	Solution enhancement and evolution: identification of additional requirements, specification and tests
•	Contribution to AMS

MISSION : 
The Business Analyst will oversee: 
•	Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders (Business Process Owners, Subject matter experts, key users,) to understand their needs and expectations. This involves documenting business requirements related to SAP S4,
•	Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze SAP S4 data to assess performance and recommend improvements, including identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement,
•	Solution Deployment: Design, build, and deploy SAP S4 (and potential best-of-breed solutions) to improve business processes, involving the set-up of SAP S4 modules and integration with other systems,
•	System Testing and Training: Conduct system testing to ensure that the solutions meet user requirements. Additionally, provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals,
•	Support and Maintenance: Responsibilities extend to supporting and maintaining the SAP S4 (level 2). Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues are part of this role,
•	Reporting and Trend Monitoring: Prepare and present reports on system improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Finance &amp; SAP systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Level of education : 
Minimum Master or equivalent (5 years engineering and/or business IT education).
Training in finance / treasury / controlling / accounting would be a plus.
SAP S4/HANA certification would be a plus.

Technical competencies
•	Understanding of SAP S4/HANA product, especially the Finance &amp; accounting modules,
•	Finance processes reengineering,
•	Project management and experience of the SAP Activate methodology,
•	Knowledge of Neofi (bank communication) or Esker (P2P) systems would be a plus
•	Change management basics.
Mastery of Word/Excel/PowerPoint office tools.

Desired work experience
•	5 years or more of experience as Business Analyst,
•	Experience and knowledge of the main accounting processes: RtR, OtC, PtP, treasury, assets,
•	Knowledge of IFRS and/or Ohada would be a plus,

As the Program Officer for the Yiri Innovation Center, your main mission will be to coordinate the center's various programs in support of the innovation center responsible. JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The HR &amp; HQ Solutions Department of the IT Division supports the digital transformation of functions such as Human Resources, Compliance, Procurement, Legal, QHSE, Finance, etc., by optimizing operations, digitizing processes, and harmonizing practices.

MISSIONS

Au sein du département des solutions portuaires, l'expert solution (Solex) est chargé de la réalisation de configurations spécifiques sur les solutions, et doit également participer à leur déploiement sur les différents terminaux d'AGL.

Job Purpose:

IT Infrastructure Engineer 

Within the discipline of IT service management (ITSM) as defined by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) - main functions are supporting the IT infrastructure in the BUILD and/or RUN at an engineering level called “IT Infrastructure Engineer”.

- Contribute to designing and planning the transition in hardware and software infrastructure (if part of the BUILD domain)
-Service Desk (if part of RUN domain): IT support for users
-Continuity of service (if part of the RUN domain) for Operations (hardware and software infrastructure) on the day-to-day:
o	Network / Telecommunications: Cabling, Switches, Optimizers, Routers, Firewall, Proxies, Gateways, WAN, Wi-Fi, Video-Conferencing systems and others equipment UPS, Aircon, Genset, IoT…
o	Systems: Servers (Windows/Linux or iSeries), storage, Data backup means, Local Applications, …

They are a member of the BUILD and/or RUN or both teams of the AGL MIS department.
The Geographical scope of work should be aligned with the Reporting lines.

Job Function: 

- ITIL MIS support process: Be the primary escalation point for ITSM ticketing, troubleshooting complex technical issues, logs analyze. reporting, monitoring for users in the scope of work.
- Ensure IT Hardware resources and capacity planning (see inventory and capacity planning in deliverables here after)
- Contribute to IT Infrastructure projects/major change in the state of the art: express of needs from users, planning of implementation (priorities), specifications book, tender, supplier choice, user acceptance test
- Must be the custodian of the group norms and policies respect: Use only Business applications/MIS services compliant with AGL IT catalogue 
- Apply MSC AGL security and licensing policies
- Manage IT Infrastructure related contracts and SLA: Review supplier's contracts making sure they are in accordance with AGL requirements, meeting our expectations. Apply penalties for non-compliancy.
- Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
- Ensure IT Infrastructure management is compliant with ISO processes, ITIL processes and QHSE processes.
- Techno watch, anticipate new technologies

Deliverables:

-IT Hardware resources management and capacity planning:
•	Hardware inventory (including IT contracts). Frequency = DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY
•	Capacity planning (including hardware and workforce requirements). Frequency = QUATERLY 

- Infrastructure management:
•	Projects UAT (User Acceptance Test). Frequency = ONE UAT PER PROJECT
•	Contribute to Infrastructure Action plan update. Frequency = MONTHLY

Within AGL's IT Department, attached to the Freight Forwarding &amp; Transit department, we are recruiting for a permanent contract a Product Owner - RUN to join the team Connect Logistics. 

•	Expand its scope functionally, 
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information. 

Under the responsibility of the project manager Connect Logistics, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of the product in the operational phase. You will monitor the stability, the performance and the user satisfaction ensuring that incidents, change requests and improvements coming from RUN perimeter are properly prioritized and integrated into the product roadmap.

MAIN MISSIONS 

As a Product Owner - RUN, you will work on the entire processing chain, from the reception of operational data to their delivery to clients. 

Your missions: 

Run &amp; backlog management
•	Oversee the proper operation of the solution and ensure the continuity of service
•	Maintain a backlog clear and prioritized dedicated to run (fixes, minor evolutions, technical debt)
•	Coordinate end-to-end incident management with the different support levels and the Front client solution vendor. 
•	Guarantee compliance with service commitments and the quality of support. 
•	Analyze, prioritize incidents and provide Level 3 functional support, including root cause analysis.
•	Translate operational needs into user stories for the dev teams

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•	Proven experience (5 years - after graduation) in Product Ownership or in application management (Run/Build), ideally in environments integrating a bus exchange or middleware solutions. 
•	Strong data-oriented Product Owner / Business Analyst experience: data mapping, data modeling, and ensuring consistency across systems with different data structures. 
•	Solid understanding of data flows and integration mechanisms: exchange structures, control and routing data, and reconciliation logic (ensuring 1:1 data alignment across systems). 
•	Experience in data-driven projects: ability to work across multiple systems, understand data transformations, and bridge functional and technical teams.

JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Mission: 
Delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions through the development of Power BI semantic models and reports. A core aspect of the role is to guarantee the performance and efficiency of SQL queries powering these reports. The role also includes supporting and empowering users in creating their own reports and making effective use of available data models.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data, or a 
 related field. 
- Overall Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Data environment 
 (analyst, development, etc.). 

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: 

- Databases: mastery of relational databases (SQL) 
- Power BI: Power Query, semantic model, reporting, API integration 
- Data modeling: Star schema, Fact/Dimension 
- Curious about operational and administrative business of a Terminal 
- PowerShell script for extraction and quick automatization 
- Architecture: Good understanding of all the Data tools in Microsoft 
 environment 
- DevOps: knowledge of Azure DevOps (Git, Pipelines, Boards)

Contexte du poste :
Dans un environnement marqué par des enjeux financiers élevés et des flux complexes (Transit Maritime, Oil &amp; Gas, Shipping, Logistique pétrolière), le Département Credit Management joue un rôle stratégique en garantissant la santé financière de l'entreprise, la maîtrise du risque client et la sécurisation du cash-flow.
L'entreprise recherche un Chef Département Credit Management capable d'encadrer les équipes, d'optimiser le processus Order-to-Cash, d'améliorer la gestion des litiges et d'assurer le recouvrement efficace des créances en vue du renforcement de ses dispositifs de gestion du risque client et d'optimisation du recouvrement

Vos principales missions : 

1-	Définir et piloter la politique crédit clients de l'entreprise
2-	Mettre en place et suivre les procédures d'octroi de crédit, d'encours clients et de recouvrement 
3-	Pilotage stratégique de la gestion des factures et transmissions aux clients
4-	Pilotage stratégique de la gestion des litiges et contentieux de facturation
5-	Superviser et animer l'équipe Credit Management / Recouvrement

Vos responsabilités :

1-	La conformité de l'application des conditions de crédit accordées.
2-	L'analyse des risques clients et proposition des mesures de sécurisation (plafonds de crédit, garanties, acomptes, assurances).
3-	L'atteinte des objectifs de DSO, de taux de litiges, de taux de factures transmises dans les délais.
4-	La fiabilité des reportings réguliers destinés à la Direction (encours, impayés, risques, provisions, etc.…)
5-	La transmission des relevés et balances clients dans les délais.
6-	Contribuer à la bonne utilisation et amélioration continue des processus et outils de Credit Management



Vos activités quotidiennes :

A/ Gestion de son équipe (N-1) 
1. Coordonner le travail des équipes Recouvrement, Facturation et Litiges.
2. Informer l'équipe de la stratégie et des évolutions de la société et communiquer sur les alignements internes nécessaires.	
3. Evaluer la performance des collaborateurs (N-1).	
4. Fixer les objectifs sur la base des objectifs fixés par le N+1	
5. Piloter les réunions mensuelles sur la balance âgée et les comités crédit.
6. Maintenir et développer la compétence des collaborateurs (N-1).	
B. Recouvrement &amp; Analyse
1. Suivre les prévisions de recouvrement et analyser les écarts.
2. Assurer un taux d'encaissement dans les délais supérieur à 95%. 
3. S'assurer de la mise à jour des dossiers clients et du fichier recouvrement.
C. Gestion de la facturation
1.	Veiller au respect des délais internes de facturation afin de garantir un cash-flow continu.
2.	Coordonner la réédition des factures et la transmission des duplicatas aux clients.
D. Gestion des litiges
 1. S'assurer de la gestion des litiges et réclamations soumis par l'équipe Recouvrement. 
 2. S'assurer du bon suivi des KPI litiges (délai moyen de résolution, taux de litiges récurrents…).
 3. Veiller &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Formation : 
•	BAC + 5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion, Audit ou équivalent
Expériences professionnelles : 
•	Minimum 05 à 07 années d'expériences en Credit Management, Recouvrement dont plusieurs années à un poste de responsabilité.
•	Expérience confirmée en Management des équipes. 
•	Avoir exercé dans le domaine d'activités du Transit, Transport, Logistique est un atout.
•	Maîtrise de la langue anglaise est un atout.
Compétences techniques : 
•	Bonne maîtrise du recouvrement client et du pilotage du crédit.
•	Solide maîtrise des litiges de facturation et des workflows de facturation.
•	Bonne compréhension des services opérationnels et du commercial.
•	Solide maîtrise des techniques de gestion du risque client, recouvrement amiable et contentieux 
•	Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des ERP tels qu'IRIS, SERVAL, SPOT, Power BI. 
•	Bonne connaissance de la règlementation OHADA.
