9.	Ensure all items leaving the premises are accompanied by the relevant authorization documents and gate pass.
10.	Manage subcontracted Security Company on site. 
11.	Responsible for the implementation and management of the Security Plan.
12.	Coordinating all Bolloré Logistics Security Work and propose and / or manage all changes to this procedure
13.	Identify problems with the Security Procedure and quickly resolve such to ensure that the general purpose of the procedure is maintained
14.	Interface with Client's Security Management Team
15.	Monitor the Security Plan. 
16.	Conduct internal inspections and report to the Manager any non-compliance situation or deficiency.
17.	Issue Security Plans and implement the security at the work sites in compliance with Client's Security requirements
18.	Coordinate with selected security companies the guard's recruitment and screening of security personnel prior to acceptance.
19.	Coordinate with the Warehouse Control the fencing, lighting, anti-intrusion systems and other security devices to be installed at the storage yards.
20.	Review security plans issued by the selected security companies.
21.	Carry out Security Audits (every six months) of the work sites and propose preventive and corrective actions.
22.	Implement the emergency evacuation plan per work Site.
23.	Supervise the training of subcontracted security force&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Relevant Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Security or a related field.
2. Minimum of two (2) years' hands-on experience in a busy and demanding work environment.

Missions principales
Supervision et exploitation du système d'information

Assurer une supervision proactive des équipements critiques

Support et gestion des incidents

Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents liés aux postes de travail et équipements IT
Assurer la gestion et l'optimisation du réseau Wi-Fi (infrastructure Altai Care)
Maintenir un haut niveau de disponibilité des équipements d'exploitation

Administration et gestion des accès

Créer, modifier et supprimer les comptes utilisateurs sur le serveur OSCAR
Assurer la sauvegarde quotidienne des données
Veiller à l'application des politiques de sécurité du SI

Coordination et interface

Servir de point focal entre les opérations du terminal et l'équipe IT centrale

Context : 
The Finance Department of AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, a sub-group of the MSC Group with a strong presence on the African continent, is launching a project to deploy the SAP S4/HANA ERP to replace its legacy accounting and financial tools. This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group.
The Finance Department wishes to strengthen the internal team that will manage this program by recruiting a SAP S4 Finance Business Analyst. 

Purpose	: 
Member of the Finance / EPM Finance Department, the candidate will join the Finance SAP project team based in Puteaux. 
The SAP S4 Finance Program is structured by Finance functional streams: Record-to-Report; Order-to-Cash ; Purchase-to-Pay.
The Business Analyst main goal is to contribute to the various steps of the program:
•	Deployment of the solution to the 50 AGL countries (more than 200 companies) : project management, set-up of the solution, data migration, UAT organization, training and hyper care. 
•	Solution enhancement and evolution: identification of additional requirements, specification and tests
•	Contribution to AMS

MISSION : 
The Business Analyst will oversee: 
•	Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders (Business Process Owners, Subject matter experts, key users,) to understand their needs and expectations. This involves documenting business requirements related to SAP S4,
•	Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze SAP S4 data to assess performance and recommend improvements, including identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement,
•	Solution Deployment: Design, build, and deploy SAP S4 (and potential best-of-breed solutions) to improve business processes, involving the set-up of SAP S4 modules and integration with other systems,
•	System Testing and Training: Conduct system testing to ensure that the solutions meet user requirements. Additionally, provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals,
•	Support and Maintenance: Responsibilities extend to supporting and maintaining the SAP S4 (level 2). Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues are part of this role,
•	Reporting and Trend Monitoring: Prepare and present reports on system improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Finance &amp; SAP systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Level of education : 
Minimum Master or equivalent (5 years engineering and/or business IT education).
Training in finance / treasury / controlling / accounting would be a plus.
SAP S4/HANA certification would be a plus.

Technical competencies
•	Understanding of SAP S4/HANA product, especially the Finance &amp; accounting modules,
•	Finance processes reengineering,
•	Project management and experience of the SAP Activate methodology,
•	Knowledge of Neofi (bank communication) or Esker (P2P) systems would be a plus

-	Selon les opérations (ex. acquisition/cession d'un actif concessif, JV sur terminal, projet ferroviaire/portuaire, extension/renégociation), intervention ciblée sur :
o	Revue et contribution aux sujets project finance : term sheets, facility/common terms, sûretés, accounts, covenants, conditions suspensives, en coordination avec Finance/Trésorerie.

As the Program Officer for the Yiri Innovation Center, your main mission will be to coordinate the center's various programs in support of the innovation center responsible. Your experience in innovation processes and programs will assist you in managing the different activities related to the Yiri Innovation Center. 

Program Management and Support: 

Contribute to the design of support programs: objectives, needs, deliverables, journey, toolkit, etc. 

Analyze the specific needs of program beneficiaries (startups for the Accelerate program, students, internal staff). 

Define, plan, monitor, and coordinate programs and their objectives. 

Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. 

Suggest improvements to enhance program impact. 

Startup Sourcing and Qualification: 

Help develop an evaluation framework for selecting candidates for various programs. 

Review collected information to assess and qualify the relevance of applications. 

Participate in decision-making regarding the sourcing of applicants for different programs. 

Coordination with Operational Partners: 

Maintain an up-to-date list of internal and external partners (coaches, mentors, tutors, etc.). 

Coordinate partner involvement in sessions (startup coaching, program follow-up, etc.). 

Monitor partner performance and adjust expectations when necessary. 

Contribute to communication plans related to the center's programs and activities, in collaboration with all stakeholders (communications, HR, etc.). 

Operational Program Management: 

Define onboarding processes for program participants. 

Oversee the training plan for participants. 

Collaborate with the innovation center responsible to define the event calendar and monitor the center's activities (webinars, hackathons, training sessions, masterclasses, open house days, etc.). 

Governance: 

Attend various meetings in support of or alongside the innovation center's teams. 

Provide tactical assistance to different teams by identifying the needs of stakeholders involved in the center's activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Third-Party Compliance Analyst within the Shared Services Center is responsible for overseeing third-party management and conducting thorough due diligence assessments on the integrity of all third parties across the AGL Group's scope—including clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents, and other stakeholders. The objective is to determine whether AGL can ethically and legally engage in business relationships with these entities. 
This role aims to assess the integrity levels of entities or individuals in business relations with AGL and to prevent associations with parties involved in unethical practices such as 
corruption, money laundering, or those listed on national, international sanctions registers. It also includes identifying whether any third parties are politically exposed persons (PEPs). 

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on all third parties in accordance with AGL's 
internal compliance policies and procedures. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations, 
and guidelines during the due diligence process. 
• Monitor accessible sanctions lists (EU, US, UK, UN, etc.) throughout the process to 
manage third-party compliance. 
• Perform third-party screenings (clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents, and 
partners) upon request from any AGL Group entity, using specialized tools and open
source research. 
• Continuously assess and monitor third-party risks using the risk management tool, 
and prioritizing updating the changes related to previously screened entities. 
• Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer in the due diligence and screening 
requests from regional compliance delegates or other AGL entities, including HQ. 
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to third-party 
management and processing. 
• Submit weekly reports to the Shared Services Center Manager detailing completed 
due diligence and screening activities. 
• Participate in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures, 
including the third-party screening policy. 
• Conduct in-depth open-source search and evaluate the reliability of collected 
information to support and enhance screening results. 
• Ensure proper archiving of all available information on screened third parties, 
including automated screening results (Firco/Lexis Nexis), within the Central 
Compliance SharePoint for easy access by relevant stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with the Compliance Department on matters related to international

1-	FULL CYCLE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
