Incident Management and Emergency Preparedness • Ensure transport incidents, accidents, near misses, environmental events and other QHSE events are reported in accordance with AGL requirements. • Participate in investigations appropriate to the severity of the incident, including root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions. • Monitor incident trends and develop targeted interventions to reduce repeat events. • Support transport emergency response plans, emergency contact arrangements, drills and response readiness. Qualifications & Experience • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Marketing or a related discipline. • 7–10 years of commercial experience within a logistics provider, freight forwarding company or supply chain organisation, with demonstrated exposure to the Agribusiness sector. • Proven experience operating at regional or multi-country level, preferably within African markets. • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic customer accounts and deliver revenue and gross margin growth. • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles, including RFQs, tenders, commercial negotiations and contract closing. • Strong ability to develop and orchestrate complex multimodal logistics solutions, including ocean FCL/LCL, air freight, bulk logistics, flexitanks, warehousing and related supply chain services. • Ability to translate customer requirements into differentiated and commercially viable logistics solutions. • Strong understanding of agricultural value chains and African Agribusiness markets. • Demonstrated commercial leadership capability, with the ability to influence and mobilise teams without direct hierarchical authority. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results, customer value and business growth. • Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, multi-level organisation involving country, regional and Head Office stakeholders. • Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills. • Experience working within multicultural and international environments.

ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL Affecté à la Direction de l'Exploitation d'OCT, le Correspondant QHSE est un qualiticien de formation. Il agit comme relais qualité auprès des équipes opérationnelles. Il contribue au suivi du système qualité, à la maîtrise documentaire, à la gestion des risques opérationnels, au traitement des non-conformités, à l'analyse des indicateurs de performance et à l'amélioration continue des processus du terminal. ENJEUX DU POSTE - Renforcer la fiabilité, la conformité et la traçabilité des processus d'exploitation. - Assurer un suivi rigoureux des indicateurs opérationnels, qualité et sécurité. - Améliorer la maîtrise des risques opérationnels et la gestion des dysfonctionnements. - Soutenir la Direction d'exploitation dans le pilotage de la performance et des plans d'actions. - Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue auprès des équipes opérationnelles. PRINCIPALES ACTIVITÉS Mettre à jour les procédures, instructions de travail, consignes et supports applicables aux processus opérationnels ; assurer la maîtrise des versions, l'archivage, la diffusion et la disponibilité des documents auprès des utilisateurs. Assurer la mise à jour du plan d'actions de la Direction de l'Exploitation ; suivre l'avancement des actions issues des revues, audits, réclamations clients, analyses d'incidents et réunions de performance. Participer à la revue des réclamations clients ; analyser les causes racines ; proposer et suivre les actions d'amélioration associées. Participer à l'analyse des accidents, incidents et événements indésirables ; assurer le suivi des actions correctives associées et contribuer au déploiement des mesures préventives. Réaliser toute autre tâche confiée par la hiérarchie en lien avec la qualité, la performance opérationnelle, la sécurité, les risques ou l'amélioration continue.

Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Management de la Qualité, QHSE, Génie industriel, Logistique, Management des processus, Amélioration continue ou équivalent. Le profil attendu est celui d'un qualiticien de formation. Minimum 3 ans dans une fonction Qualité, QHSE, Process, Excellence opérationnelle ou Amélioration continue. Une expérience en environnement portuaire, logistique ou industriel constitue un atout.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: - 1. Handle day-to- day operational relationship with the client • Receive the orders from Clients. •Request for missing documentation and more detailed instructions, if necessary, from the client. • Inform the client of the files processing progress in real time. • Proactively resolve Client queries. 2. Manage the file processing • Update the client and the IFFOS on the file processing progress and update the monitoring software on the status of each file. • Process export documentation for shipments • Book cargo with shipping lines • Organize transport for delivery of containers for stuffing /POR • Follow up with shipping lines on the arrival of vessels • Follow up on the receipt of invoices, attach the same to the relevant file and submit for approval • Update the system • Regularly archive the files (physically & electronically) • Ensure that client files have all the required attachments and copies of these maintained on file 3. Alert/Inform Management • Alert the client in case of operational issues (potential or real) and escalate to the IFFOS the issues that you are unable to handle.

1. Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding. 2. East Africa Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate will be an added advantage. 3. 2 years' experience in C & F.
