MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Participer aux visites régulières des sites pour repérer les besoins d'intervention
Étudier les documents techniques contractuels et le contexte de chaque intervention
Aider au suivi quotidien des travaux des entreprises sous-traitantes
Vérifier que les prescriptions techniques, environnementales et les consignes HSE sont respectées
Signaler à l'Ingénieur Travaux les dysfonctionnements et non-conformités constatés
Participer aux métrés et aux constats sur chantier (relevés, photos)
Transmettre aux entrepreneurs les consignes de la hiérarchie
Vérifier que les entreprises laissent un chantier propre à la fin des travaux
Aider à coordonner les entreprises avec les équipes d'exploitation et les autres entreprises du même périmètre
Contribuer au rapport journalier HSE pour la partie infrastructures et aux reportings demandés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Élève ingénieur(e) en fin de cycle ou jeune ingénieur(e) diplômé(e) en génie civil, BTP, travaux publics ou dans une spécialité équivalente
Un premier stage ou une première expérience sur chantier est un plus
Bonnes bases en suivi de chantier, lecture de plans et métrés
Maîtrise de Word et d'Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the development of its Expertise Center in Kigali, AGL is establishing an innovative Customer Experience Hub combining artificial intelligence, digital conversational channels and human expertise to enhance the customer experience, streamline request handling and strengthen customer relationships across Africa. The role also includes leading the Group-wide customer satisfaction measurement and continuous customer experience improvement program.

Main purpose
Ensure seamless, consistent and high-performing customer experience across the Group by leading both the operations of the Customer Experience Hub and the customer satisfaction measurement and improvement framework.

•	Position based in Kigali, Rwanda
•	Dual reporting line: hierarchically to the Sales &amp; Marketing Line Manager of the AGL Expertise Center in Kigali and functionally to the HQ Marketing Director.

KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Experience Hub Management
•	Ensure the handling of requests from customers, prospects through digital channels.
•	Manage escalations to subsidiaries and monitor them through resolution.
•	Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
•	Ensure the quality of interactions and consistent customer experience across the network, working with Sales, Marketing, QHSE and Operations teams.
•	Contribute to the development of AI use cases and the continuous improvement of processes.

2. Customer Satisfaction Management
•	Lead customer survey campaigns for active and inactive customers.
•	Manage automated customer feedback collection journeys in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager.
•	Produce analyses, executive summaries and recommendations for management.
•	Identify key pain points and improvement opportunities.
•	Coordinate the follow-up of corrective action plans with business and operational teams.
•	Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, QHSE, Operations and IT teams.

3. Voice of the Customer Analysis
•	Consolidate data from surveys, complaints and interactions handled by the Hub.
•	Produce dashboards and performance indicators.

Education &amp; Experience
•	Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Customer Relations, Business, CRM or Digital Transformation.
•	At least five years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Customer Service.
•	Experience in an international or multi-country environment.
•	Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
•	Experience in the logistics sector would be a “plus”.

MISSIONS :

Principales Responsabilités :

Management de l'équipe CBS:
- Définir le dimensionnement de l'équipe CBS et piloter le processus de nomination des CBS et experts
- Concevoir et déployer le parcours d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (on-boarding, formations, accompagnement)
- Développer les compétences de l'équipe et mettre en œuvre les plans de formation et de gestion des talents
- Fixer les objectifs annuels et conduire les entretiens de performance
- Accompagner l'évolution professionnelle et les plans de carrière des CBS

Pilotage des projets:
- Superviser le portefeuille de projets CBS et prioriser les ressources selon les besoins commerciaux et opérationnels
- Garantir le respect des méthodologies, des standards et des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet
- Valider les livrables projets : expression de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, supports de présentation, plans de déploiement et formations
- Assurer le suivi des délais, des risques et de la qualité des déploiements

Expertise &amp; Solutions Clients:
- Intervenir en tant qu'expert sur les comptes stratégiques lors des phases d'avant-vente, de conception et de déploiement
- Accompagner la définition de solutions digitales (Track &amp; Trace, EDI/API, Portail Client, Reporting BI…)
- Identifier les besoins d'évolution des outils internes et proposer des améliorations en collaboration avec les équipes transverses
- Animer des ateliers de co-construction avec les parties prenantes

Reporting et Gouvernance:
- Produire les indicateurs de performance de l'activité CBS et le reporting projets
- Présenter l'avancement des projets et les analyses à la Direction

Animation du réseau &amp; Communication:
- Animer la communauté CBS à l'échelle du réseau Afrique

PROFIL

Formation :
De formation bac +3/5 en Supply Chain, Transport &amp; Logistique, Informatique ou Gestion de projet

Expérience :
- 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans le transport, la logistique ou les systèmes d'information appliqués à la Supply Chain
- Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets transverses et en relation client B2B

Compétences techniques : 
- Excellente connaissance des métiers du Freight Forwarding et de la logistique internationale
- Gestion de projet (déploiement, coordination, conduite du changement)
- Conception et implémentation de solutions digitales : Track &amp; Trace, EDI/API, Portail Client

Job Purpose:

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Planning &amp; Forecasting
•	Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment activities.
•	Ensure high Material Requirements Planning (MRP) accuracy through proper ERP master data management.
•	Review and validate Stock Replenishment Reports (SRR).
•	Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
•	Maintain accurate inventory records and master data.
•	Continuously improve inventory planning processes and ERP system effectiveness.
Inventory Monitoring &amp; System Control
•	Monitor inventory receipts, transfers, and issues.
•	Identify inventory movement trends and provide recommendations.

Safety, Health and Environment
•	Hold and exercise Statutory / Legal appointment accountability for all persons under supervision, ensuring compliance with PPE requirements, critical controls, risk assessments, permits, and site safety standards across the section.
•	Conduct and oversee pre-start toolbox talks, job risk reviews (HIRA / JSA), and unannounced workplace inspections; stop unsafe work immediately and document all findings.
•	Lead incident investigations (injury, near-miss, equipment damage) with full root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure corrective actions are implemented, tracked, and closed out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Minimum Qualifications 
•	Grade 12 (Pass) is essential
•	Minimum bachelor's degree (NQA 7) in Supply chain Management Discipline is essential
•	Deep knowledge on how to use MS excel for Data analysis is essential
•	Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) is an added advantage
•	Knowledge of inventory Management systems (IMS), warehouse management system (WMS) and ERP like Maximo is an advantage

Mission

The Key accounts and Operations Manager is responsible :

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Development

2. Operations Management

· Monitor and evaluate the operational performance of local agencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

· Support local agencies in resolving operational issues, customer complaints, and claims.

· Ensure the consistent application of operational best practices across the agency network.


3. Financial Management

· Contribute to budget preparation and support the achievement of financial objectives.

· Assist the HQ DA-Desk in debt recovery (FDA balance/SOA) and claims management.

· Support local agencies on financial matters involving clients such as pre-funding arrangements, SOA settlements, and dispute resolution.


4. Reporting

· Prepare and submit monthly reports covering operational performance &amp; commercial activities

· Produce bi-annual market reports highlighting industry trends, customer developments, and business opportunities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience :

At least 15 years of experience in the shipping industry, mainly tramping activities.

· Proven experience in both commercial and operational management.

· Strong understanding of shipping operations, agency services, husbandry, stevedoring activities, and maritime business practices.

Nous recherchons un contrôleur de gestion Business Plan, rattaché au contrôleur financier des projets de la Business Unit (BU) Logistique &amp; Shipping.
L'équipe Finance de la BU Logistique &amp; Shipping (12 personnes) a pour rôle d'accompagner le management opérationnel sur l'ensemble des sujets financiers, principalement le suivi et pilotage de la performance, le développement, et la maîtrise des risques opérationnels.
Exposé à un périmètre de métiers diversifié et en fort développement avec l'impulsion de notre nouvel actionnaire (groupe MSC), et en interaction avec les entités opérationnelles africaines (49 pays) et les équipes du siège, vous aurez plus précisément les missions suivantes : 

1.	Construction et analyse de Business Plans : 
-	Dans le cadre d'appels d'offre et d'opportunités d'investissements, en lien avec les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles projets, ainsi que les entités opérationnelles africaines, production de Business Plans et de note de synthèse (contexte business, hypothèses clé du BP, analyse des risques et sensibilités) 
-	Revues de dossiers d'investissements avant présentation en comité d'investissements.

2.	Suivi et analyse des investissements de croissance de la BU Logistique &amp; Shipping : 
-	Préparation d'un reporting trimestriel sur les investissements stratégiques.
-	Suivi / analyse de ces investissements dans le nouveau BP à 5 ans produit au cours du 2e semestre.
-	Analyse des indicateurs financiers (Capex, CA, Ebitda) générés par ces investissements, production des commentaires synthétiques d'activité à destination du top management.

3.	Autres
-	Participation aux résultats mensuels et BP 5 ans : commentaires d'activités et productions d'analyses transverses. 
-	Sujets ad hoc à la demande du management.

• Formation supérieure en finance, audit ou contrôle de gestion
• Première expérience en contrôle de gestion (stage/alternance), idéalement dans un environnement international ou multisite.

3. Sales Pipeline &amp; Conversion
•	Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline covering leads, prospects, opportunities, quotations, proposals and conversions.
•	Ensure sales opportunities are actively progressed with clear next actions and expected closure dates.
•	Follow up systematically on quotations, proposals, RFQs and other commercial opportunities.
•	Record customer interactions, sales activities and opportunities in the approved CRM or sales tracking system.
•	Monitor conversion performance and identify factors affecting successful or lost business.

4.Revenue &amp; Cargo Volume Growth
•	Achieve agreed individual sales, revenue and business development targets.
•	Drive growth in CFS cargo volumes from both new and existing customers.
•	Identify opportunities to increase business from existing accounts.

5.Market &amp; Competitor Intelligence
•	Monitor developments within the Mombasa port, CFS, shipping and logistics market.
•	Track competitor activity, service offerings, pricing trends and customer movements.
•	Identify emerging opportunities arising from changes in trade flows, cargo volumes and customer requirements.

6. Sales Reporting &amp; Performance Management
•	Prepare accurate and timely sales activity and performance reports as required.
•	Track customer visits, prospects, leads, RFQs, proposals, conversions and revenue performance.
•	Monitor individual performance against agreed sales and business development targets.
•	Maintain accurate customer databases, sales trackers and CRM records

•	Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Dans le cadre du programme Streamline de déploiement de SAP S/4HANA au sein du groupe Africa Global Logistics, vous assurerez le support fonctionnel des modules FI/CO et accompagnerez leur déploiement dans les pays de votre périmètre.

En lien avec l'équipe projet centrale et les équipes locales, vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de déploiement : analyse des écarts entre le modèle groupe et les pratiques locales, recueil des besoins, paramétrage, tests, formation des utilisateurs, reprise des données, bascule et support après mise en production.

Au quotidien, vous accompagnerez les équipes Finance dans l'utilisation de SAP FI/CO, analyserez les incidents et contribuerez à leur résolution. Vous participerez également à la documentation des processus et à l'amélioration des déploiements suivants à partir des retours d'expérience.

En lien avec l'équipe projet centrale et les équipes locales, vos principales tâches seront les suivantes :

- Assurer le support fonctionnel de niveau 1 sur SAP FI/CO, analyser les incidents et transmettre au niveau 2 ceux qui nécessitent une intervention complémentaire.
- Accompagner les équipes Finance dans l'utilisation de SAP, notamment pour la comptabilité générale, fournisseurs et clients, les immobilisations et le contrôle de gestion.
- Analyser les écarts entre le modèle groupe et les processus locaux, recueillir les besoins métier et contribuer au paramétrage de la solution.
- Préparer et exécuter les tests, organiser la recette avec les utilisateurs clés et suivre la résolution des anomalies.
- Concevoir les supports de formation, former les utilisateurs et tenir à jour la documentation fonctionnelle.
- Participer à la reprise des données, à la préparation de la bascule et au démarrage de la solution dans chaque pays.
- Assurer le support après mise en production et transmettre les sujets résiduels à l'équipe chargée du support courant.

De formation Bac +4/5 en finance, comptabilité, informatique de gestion ou domaine équivalent, vous justifiez de 2 à 7 ans d'expérience en support, déploiement ou conseil SAP FI/CO.

Vous maîtrisez les principaux processus financiers : comptabilité générale, fournisseurs et clients, immobilisations, trésorerie et contrôle de gestion. Vous connaissez le paramétrage SAP et les interactions de FI/CO avec les modules MM et SD. Une expérience sur SAP S/4HANA est fortement souhaitée ; une expérience sur SAP ECC est également appréciée.

Vous avez participé à des phases de tests et de recette utilisateur, ainsi qu'à la formation d'utilisateurs clés ou finaux. Une expérience des solutions de digitalisation du cycle P2P et des notions d'ABAP ou de debugging seraient des atouts.

La direction financière AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, un sous-groupe du groupe MSC fortement implanté sur le continent africain, a lancé depuis fin 2025 un projet de déploiement de l'ERP SAP S4/HANA, couplé à la mise en place des solutions ESKER (digitalisation cycle P2P) et NEOFI (communication bancaire) afin de remplacer ses anciens outils comptables et financiers. Ce programme à grande échelle vise à définir un modèle financier centralisé répondant aux besoins des différentes activités (portuaire, maritime, logistique, ferroviaire), puis à le déployer dans les 50 pays Africa Global Logistics. 
La Direction Financière souhaite renforcer l'équipe interne qui gère ce programme en recrutant un manager support et déploiement SAP S4/HANA FI/CO. 
Le manager est le responsable de l'équipe support / déploiement locale et reporte au directeur du programme basé au siège du groupe en France. Il est chargé de piloter les projets de déploiement des solutions SAP-ESKER ainsi que d'assurer un support efficace et pérenne des systèmes en production. Il garantit la qualité de service, la performance opérationnelle et l'alignement avec les besoins métiers.

Principales Missions :
Pilotage des déploiements
•	Piloter la stratégie de déploiement du programme (SAP – ESKER – NEOFI) définie par la direction de programme
•	Coordonner, en collaboration avec l'équpe centrale, les projets de roll-out par clusters (multi-pays / multi-entités)
•	Superviser et staffer les phases projet : cadrage, fit-gap analysis, paramétrage, tests, mise en production (go-live), hypercare

Qualifications requises :

Expérience :

•	Justifier d'une expérience dans une entreprise multisites ou dans un environnement international est un atout ;
•	Expérience avérée dans la gestion de clients stratégiques et la négociation de contrats complexes.

Job Purpose &amp; Main Missions
The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the organisation.
The role focuses on improving safety, quality, cost, productivity and lead times by identifying areas for improvement, eliminating waste and implementing practical solutions.
The position will work closely with operational teams and management to improve processes, develop operational excellence capabilities and deliver measurable results.

Key Tasks &amp; Responsibilities
•	Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement across the organisation.
•	Maintain and prioritise a register of improvement initiatives and projects.
•	Lead and support Operational Excellence and continuous improvement projects.
•	Implement appropriate improvement methodologies and tools.
•	Work with operational managers and teams to improve processes and eliminate waste.
•	Provide coaching and training on problem solving, standardisation and continuous improvement.
•	Monitor the progress and results of improvement initiatives.
•	Support management in identifying and prioritising actions aligned with business objectives.
•	Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
•	Communicate Operational Excellence initiatives and results across the organisation.
•	Share best practices and improvement initiatives across AGL entities.
•	Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges and results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•	Grade 12 / School Certificate.
•	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field.
•	5–7 years' experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or a related environment.
•	Strong understanding of process improvement and operational efficiency.
•	Experience in implementing improvement initiatives and projects.
•	Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•	Ability to work with and influence employees and management at different levels.
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•	Results-oriented with a practical, hands-on approach.
•	Experience in logistics, transport, terminals or shipping operations will be an advantage.
•	Qualifications must be ZAQA certified where applicable.
CERTIFICATIONS
•	Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be an advantage.
•	Project Management certification such as PMP will be an advantage.
