Job Purpose:

MISSIONS

Context : 
The Finance Department of AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, a sub-group of the MSC Group with a strong presence on the African continent, is launching a project to deploy the SAP S4/HANA ERP to replace its legacy accounting and financial tools. This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group.
The Finance Department wishes to strengthen the internal team that will manage this program by recruiting a SAP S4 Finance Business Analyst. 

Purpose	: 
Member of the Finance / EPM Finance Department, the candidate will join the Finance SAP project team based in Puteaux. 
The SAP S4 Finance Program is structured by Finance functional streams: Record-to-Report; Order-to-Cash ; Purchase-to-Pay.
The Business Analyst main goal is to contribute to the various steps of the program:
•	Deployment of the solution to the 50 AGL countries (more than 200 companies) : project management, set-up of the solution, data migration, UAT organization, training and hyper care. 
•	Solution enhancement and evolution: identification of additional requirements, specification and tests
•	Contribution to AMS

MISSION : 
The Business Analyst will oversee: 
•	Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders (Business Process Owners, Subject matter experts, key users,) to understand their needs and expectations. This involves documenting business requirements related to SAP S4,
•	Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze SAP S4 data to assess performance and recommend improvements, including identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement,
•	Solution Deployment: Design, build, and deploy SAP S4 (and potential best-of-breed solutions) to improve business processes, involving the set-up of SAP S4 modules and integration with other systems,
•	System Testing and Training: Conduct system testing to ensure that the solutions meet user requirements. Additionally, provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals,

Level of education :

Qualifications &amp; Experience:

•	Proven experience managing large inventories and teams.
•	Experience in industrial, construction, mining, or oil &amp; gas environments is an advantage.
•	Knowleadge of QHSE procedures.

Skills &amp; Competencies
•	Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
•	Familiar with the Oil &amp; Gas sector.
•	Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).

Working Conditions
•	The position is based at Afungi Base, with the possibility of extended working hours depending on operational requirements.

JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
As the Program Officer for the Yiri Innovation Center, your main mission will be to coordinate the center's various programs in support of the innovation center responsible. Your experience in innovation processes and programs will assist you in managing the different activities related to the Yiri Innovation Center. 

Program Management and Support: 

Contribute to the design of support programs: objectives, needs, deliverables, journey, toolkit, etc. 

Analyze the specific needs of program beneficiaries (startups for the Accelerate program, students, internal staff). 

Define, plan, monitor, and coordinate programs and their objectives. 

Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. 

Suggest improvements to enhance program impact. 

Startup Sourcing and Qualification: 

Help develop an evaluation framework for selecting candidates for various programs. 

Review collected information to assess and qualify the relevance of applications. 

Participate in decision-making regarding the sourcing of applicants for different programs. 

Coordination with Operational Partners: 

Maintain an up-to-date list of internal and external partners (coaches, mentors, tutors, etc.).

Responsible for ensuring full compliance with Customs (KRA), SEZ Authority (SEZA), and Special Economic Zone warehouse regulations. The role acts as the control point for all stock movements ensuring compliance across all inbound and outbound movements. 

1. Customs Compliance &amp; Documentation
Ensure accurate preparation, validation, and submission of:
•Import Declaration Forms (IDFs)
• Customs entries aligned with correct customs regimes
• Verify correctness of: HS classification, Quantities and values and	Applicable customs regimes. 
• Ensure compliance with KRA Customs regulations and SEZ procedures
• Maintain proper documentation for customs audits and inspections

2. Bond Management &amp; Monitoring (CB20 / CB21)
• Monitor and manage Customs Bonds (CB20 &amp; CB21) to ensure continuous coverage of bonded cargo.
• Track bond utilization against stock and customs exposure.
• Ensure timely replenishment of bonds and COEs for replenishments.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders (AGL Customs clearance &amp;Ops team, Declarants) to: -Avoid bond exhaustion, -Prevent operational disruptions, 
-Maintain up-to-date records of: Bond balances, Bond consumption &amp; COE submissions and approvals

3. Inbound &amp; Outbound Control
• Control and monitor all inbound (imports) and outbound (exports / ex-warehouse) cargo movements.
• Verify and validate all documentation before authorizing stock movement: IDF, Bills of Lading/Airway Bills, Commercial invoices, Packing lists and Customs entries. 
• Authorize movement of goods into and out of the SEZ in full compliance with customs regulations.
• Ensure shipment accuracy in terms of quantity, description, regime, and supporting documentation. 

4. Inventory &amp; Stock Control
• Maintain accurate bonded inventory records in real time and reconcile with WMS reports
• Record and track: -Stock receipts &amp;Issues and transfers
• Ensure full reconciliation between system stock and physical stock. Participate in: -Cycle counts, Periodic stock takes &amp; prevent and report any unauthorized stock movement.

5. Repackaging &amp; UOM Reconciliation
• Monitor and supervise KRA approvals for repackaging activities.
• Supervise and record all repackaging operations within the SEZ.
• Perform detailed reconciliation of units of measure (UOM): -As received (imported), As repacked -As ex-warehoused
-Ensure clear audit trail and traceability of stock 
 transformation.

6. Monitoring, Audit &amp; Compliance Control
• Conduct pre-audit checks for inbound and outbound documentation.
• Perform post-audit reviews to ensure: Accuracy of customs entries &amp; Compliance with internal SOPs and customs laws
• Act as the regulatory controller for all stock movement activities.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure real-time escalation and resolution.

7. Reporting &amp; Regulatory Submissions
• Prepare and submit: Monthly stock reports to Customs / SEZA,	Monthly reconciliation &amp; compliance reports, Annual statutory reports.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
