A ce titre, il/elle interviendra en tant que représentant du maître d'ouvrage sur l'ensemble du processus de construction des ouvrages depuis leur ébauche jusqu'à leur parfait achèvement et la livraison aux exploitants. A ce titre, il/elle participe aux différentes phases du projet en s'assurant du pilotage et au suivi adéquat des risques & opportunités du projet, notamment : • Phase Avant-projet / Chiffrage : o à l'élaboration du cahier des charges technique à partir du cahier des charges opérationnel transmis par les équipes opérationnelles o à la mise au point de budget estimatif sur la base d'un cahier des charges opérationnel afin d'évaluer la faisabilité des projets ; • Phase Etudes : o à la rédaction des cahiers des charges en vue de sélectionner les bureaux d'études techniques (BET) en charge des études de maitrise d'œuvre de conception et des études environnementales ; o au pilotage des prestations du BET. Il/elle devra entre autres, s'assurer de la bonne prise en compte et correcte transcription des besoins opérationnels et fonctionnels du maitre d'ouvrage dans l'ensemble des études et du DCE travaux. • Phase Appel d'Offre de prestations intellectuelles et/ou de marché de travaux : o à la rédaction des pièces contractuelles et s'assure de la cohérence des dossiers d'appel d'offre ; o au pilotage et/ou à la coordination du processus de consultation y compris les phases de négociation ; • Phase Travaux et Période de Parfait Achèvement : o au pilotage des projets, c'est-à-dire le suivi des travaux et supervision de la maitrise d'œuvre d'exécution, o à la coordination des différentes parties prenantes : Entreprise, MOEx (maitrise d‘œuvre d'exécution), Maitre d'Ouvrage, etc. o au suivi des périodes de parfait achèvement En parallèle de ces missions, le chef de projet sera amené à participer et coordonner des actions transverses sur les métiers du service : consolidation du retour d'expérience, animation du processus qualité, déploiement d'outils standards, participation à la rédaction du reporting du service, animation du réseau de correspondants dans les filiales.

De formation Bac+5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent, avec au moins 7-10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets de construction, le candidat a une bonne connaissance de la gestion des projets de construction depuis les études de faisabilité et/ou conception à la livraison des ouvrages si possible sur des thématiques portuaires – ouvrages maritimes et logistiques – chaussées lourdes / zones logistiques. Idéalement, il a acquis cette expérience au sein d'un bureau d'études en Maîtrise d'Œuvre et Maitrise d'Œuvre d'Exécution et/ou en entreprises de travaux avec un focus Etude/Qualité/Méthode. Il a également une expérience de la gestion contractuelle des projets de construction (FIDIC Rainbow Suite) sur des projets à granulométrie variable de quelques millions à plusieurs dizaines de millions. Il/Elle doit posséder une bonne capacité d'adaptation dans le cadre de projets internationaux et dans un environnement multiculturel, idéalement sur des expériences en Afrique ou d'autres géographies ‘contraintes'. Rigoureux, curieux, il est capable de s'impliquer et de s'adapter au rythme et à l'exigence des projets. Son bagage technique doit lui permettre de challenger les différentes étapes du projet sans se substituer aux intervenants en charge des études et/ou des travaux. Des missions de quelques jours à l'étranger sont à prévoir. Avec un bon sens de l'écoute, du contact et du dialogue, il collabore pleinement avec les différents services basés au siège et dans les filiales mais également avec des prestataires/sous-traitants aux profils variées : acteurs locaux, régionaux et/ou internationaux aux capacités et expériences propres. O Supervisor do Estaleiro é responsavél por assegurar a supervisão completa das atividades do estaleiro da PTS, de todos os aspetos operacionais, garantindo a execução segura e eficiente dos trabalhos, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e do orçamento aprovado. • Supervisionar as operações diárias do pátio de acordo com as prioridades do cliente, incluindo a verificação rigorosa do tráfego de entrada e saída (equipamentos, mercadorias, pessoal e veículos). • Supervisionar o pessoal do pátio em coordenação com o Departamento de Recursos Humanos as actividades de integração, formação, desenvolvimento e o cumprimento dos padrões da empresa. • Assegurar o cumprimento dos requisitos de HSE/QHSE nas operações, apoiando as atividades de segurança, Toolbox Talks e demais iniciativas coordenadas pelo Gestor de HSE. • Supervisionar as operações do estaleiro e do cais, assegurando que o estacionamento de camiões, o acoplamento e desacoplamento de reboques sejam realizados atempadamente, de acordo com os procedimentos de HSE e com eficiência de custos. • Garantir que os locais de trabalho, equipamentos, materiais e veículos sejam mantidos em condições seguras, assegurando a realização das inspeções e manutenções necessárias. • Assegurar a organização, limpeza e manutenção geral do pátio, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho seguro e um serviço de excelência ao cliente. • Processar recibos e reportar excessos, faltas ou danos de materiais e mercadorias. • Prevenir a ocorrência de problemas técnicos através da monitorização contínua das operações. • Supervisor as operações de abastecimento de combustível e aprovar guias e comprovativos. • Apoiar às atividades de HSE em coordenação com o Gestor de HSE. • Supervisionar os inventários físicos e informatizados, assegurando a exatidão da documentação, a atualização dos sistemas e o registo correto de todos os movimentos de stock.

• Licenciatura em Logística, Engenharia Industrial, Supply Chain, Gestão ou áreas afins; • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções de supervisão em operações logísticas portuárias ou no setor de logística, petróleo e gás (Oil & Gas). • Experiência prática e conhecimentos de procedimentos de carga, descarga e movimentação de mercadorias. • Proficiência em ferramentas informáticos (Microsoft Office) incluido WMS e ERPs; • Capacidade de tomar decisões de forma autónoma e liderar equipas em ambiente operacional. • Fluência em Português e capacidade funcional de comunicação em Inglês. • Excelentes habilidades de coordenação de equipas; • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e horários flexíveis; • Planeamento e organização operacional; • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir prioridades; • Conhecimento dos requisitos de HSE/QHSE; • Experiência em armazém, porto, pátio ou operações logísticas; • Familiaridade com movimentação de cargas pesadas; • Experiência em gestão de stock e inventários; • Orientação para resultados e atendimento ao cliente; • Capacidade de lidar com stress e ambientes operacionais dinâmicos.
