MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

Le stagiaire est encadré par l'Ingénieur Travaux. Il aide au contrôle des chantiers d'infrastructure et vérifie que les entreprises sous-traitantes respectent les prescriptions techniques, environnementales et HSE.

Participer aux visites régulières des sites pour repérer les besoins d'intervention
Étudier les documents techniques contractuels et le contexte de chaque intervention
Aider au suivi quotidien des travaux des entreprises sous-traitantes
Vérifier que les prescriptions techniques, environnementales et les consignes HSE sont respectées
Signaler à l'Ingénieur Travaux les dysfonctionnements et non-conformités constatés
Participer aux métrés et aux constats sur chantier (relevés, photos)
Transmettre aux entrepreneurs les consignes de la hiérarchie
Vérifier que les entreprises laissent un chantier propre à la fin des travaux
Aider à coordonner les entreprises avec les équipes d'exploitation et les autres entreprises du même périmètre
Contribuer au rapport journalier HSE pour la partie infrastructures et aux reportings demandés&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Élève ingénieur(e) en fin de cycle ou jeune ingénieur(e) diplômé(e) en génie civil, BTP, travaux publics ou dans une spécialité équivalente
Un premier stage ou une première expérience sur chantier est un plus
Bonnes bases en suivi de chantier, lecture de plans et métrés
Maîtrise de Word et d'Excel
Attention portée aux règles HSE et aux exigences de qualité
Organisé, rigoureux et intègre

Job Purpose:

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the development of its Expertise Center in Kigali, AGL is establishing an innovative Customer Experience Hub combining artificial intelligence, digital conversational channels and human expertise to enhance the customer experience, streamline request handling and strengthen customer relationships across Africa. The role also includes leading the Group-wide customer satisfaction measurement and continuous customer experience improvement program.

Main purpose
Ensure seamless, consistent and high-performing customer experience across the Group by leading both the operations of the Customer Experience Hub and the customer satisfaction measurement and improvement framework.

•	Position based in Kigali, Rwanda
•	Dual reporting line: hierarchically to the Sales &amp; Marketing Line Manager of the AGL Expertise Center in Kigali and functionally to the HQ Marketing Director.

KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Experience Hub Management
•	Ensure the handling of requests from customers, prospects through digital channels.
•	Manage escalations to subsidiaries and monitor them through resolution.
•	Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
•	Ensure the quality of interactions and consistent customer experience across the network, working with Sales, Marketing, QHSE and Operations teams.

2. Customer Satisfaction Management

Education &amp; Experience

•	Experience in the logistics sector would be a “plus”.

- Accompagner l'évolution professionnelle et les plans de carrière des CBS

Pilotage des projets:
- Superviser le portefeuille de projets CBS et prioriser les ressources selon les besoins commerciaux et opérationnels

- Valider les livrables projets : expression de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, supports de présentation, plans de déploiement et formations

Mission

The Key accounts and Operations Manager is responsible :

Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Development

· Contribute to the definition and implementation of the (HQ) annual commercial action plan.

· Work closely with local agencies to conduct commercial actions aimed at increasing AGL's market share and revenue in agency and stevedoring activities.

· Consolidate, develop, and strengthen relationships with key customers, including ship owners, operators, traders, and industrial companies.

· Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives across the network.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant market intelligence.


2. Operations Management

· Manage and lead the HQ Operations Team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Back up of operations team whenever needed.

· Monitor and evaluate the operational performance of local agencies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

· Support local agencies in resolving operational issues, customer complaints, and claims.

· Ensure the consistent application of operational best practices across the agency network.


3. Financial Management

· Contribute to budget preparation and support the achievement of financial objectives.

· Assist the HQ DA-Desk in debt recovery (FDA balance/SOA) and claims management.

· Support local agencies on financial matters involving clients such as pre-funding arrangements, SOA settlements, and dispute resolution.


4. Reporting

· Prepare and submit monthly reports covering operational performance &amp; commercial activities

· Produce bi-annual market reports highlighting industry trends, customer developments, and business opportunities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Experience :

At least 15 years of experience in the shipping industry, mainly tramping activities.

· Proven experience in both commercial and operational management.

· Strong understanding of shipping operations, agency services, husbandry, stevedoring activities, and maritime business practices.
