MISSIONS

CONTEXTE DE RECRUTEMENT


La Direction Fiscale du Groupe AGL recherche un ou une stagiaire à compter de janvier 2027. 

Au sein de la Direction Fiscale, basée à Puteaux (92), vous interviendrez sur des sujets fiscaux variés, tant nationaux qu'internationaux de la fiscalité des entreprises. Vous participerez à des projets structurels du Groupe ainsi qu'à la gestion quotidienne des sociétés du Groupe.


Sous la supervision de l'équipe fiscale Groupe, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

. Analyse fiscale sur des questions courantes à destination des différentes sociétés du groupe, en lien avec l'ensemble des acteurs du groupe (opérationnels, comptables, contrôleurs de gestion etc.) tant en matière d'IS, TVA, retenue à la source etc.

· Assistance technique sur des points spécifiques liés à des opérations transverses, à dimension nationale et internationale.

· Assistance en matière de contrôle fiscal.

· Assistance dans le suivi de la politique des prix de transfert ainsi que dans la rédaction de la documentation prix de transfert.

· Veille fiscale.

· Vous avez une formation Bac +5 : Master 2 Droit Fiscal/DJCE/école de commerce

International sanctions &amp; Export controls Third-Party Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing third-party relationships and conducting enhanced due diligence on the integrity of third parties across the entire AGL Group scope, including clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other stakeholders, in order to determine whether AGL can enter into or maintain a business relationship with them.
The position is responsible for assessing the integrity level of entities and individuals with whom the AGL Group has or intends to have business relationships and for preventing relationships with entities or individuals associated with activities such as breaches of integrity, including corruption and money laundering, as well as identifying individuals or entities appearing on international sanctions lists and determining whether any third parties may qualify as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
•	Conduct due diligence on all AGL Group third parties in accordance with internal compliance policies and procedures.
•	Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations and directives when conducting due diligence, and monitor relevant sanctions lists (including European Union, U.S., UK, United Nations and other applicable lists) throughout the process in order to manage third-party compliance across the Group.
•	Conduct screening of third parties (clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other partners) at the request of any AGL Group entity, using dedicated screening tools and/or open-source research.
•	Continuously assess and monitor third-party risks using the dedicated risk management tool for daily controls, monitor developments relating to previously screened third parties, and prioritize follow-up where required.
•	Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer with ad hoc due diligence and screening requests from Regional Compliance Delegates or any other AGL Group entity or Head Office.
•	Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures relating to the processing and management of third parties.
•	Provide a weekly report to the Head of the Shared Service Centre on the due diligence and screening activities carried out during the week.
•	Participate in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures, including the third-party screening policy.
•	Conduct extensive open-source research and assess the reliability of information collected in order to support and supplement screening activities.
•	Ensure that all available information relating to screened third parties is properly archived, including the results of automated screening conducted through Firco/LexisNexis, on SharePoint (Central Compliance), to facilitate access by relevant stakeholders.
•	Contribute to the Compliance Department's activities relating to international sanctions and export controls.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	University degree in Law, Geopolitics, Compliance, Economic Intelligence, International Relations with a focus on Compliance, or any other relevant field.
•	Strong interest in the logistics sector and the African continent.
•	3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the private sector; experience in the transport and logistics sector would be an advantage.
•	Knowledge of export controls would be an advantage.
•	Curiosity, strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•	Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

Principales Responsabilités :

Management de l'équipe CBS:
- Définir le dimensionnement de l'équipe CBS et piloter le processus de nomination des CBS et experts
- Concevoir et déployer le parcours d'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (on-boarding, formations, accompagnement)
- Développer les compétences de l'équipe et mettre en œuvre les plans de formation et de gestion des talents
- Fixer les objectifs annuels et conduire les entretiens de performance
- Accompagner l'évolution professionnelle et les plans de carrière des CBS

Pilotage des projets:
- Superviser le portefeuille de projets CBS et prioriser les ressources selon les besoins commerciaux et opérationnels
- Garantir le respect des méthodologies, des standards et des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet
- Valider les livrables projets : expression de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, supports de présentation, plans de déploiement et formations
- Assurer le suivi des délais, des risques et de la qualité des déploiements

Expertise &amp; Solutions Clients:
- Intervenir en tant qu'expert sur les comptes stratégiques lors des phases d'avant-vente, de conception et de déploiement

- Identifier les besoins d'évolution des outils internes et proposer des améliorations en collaboration avec les équipes transverses

PROFIL

Formation :
De formation bac +3/5 en Supply Chain, Transport &amp; Logistique, Informatique ou Gestion de projet

Expérience :
- 5 ans minimum d'expérience dans le transport, la logistique ou les systèmes d'information appliqués à la Supply Chain
- Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets transverses et en relation client B2B

Compétences techniques : 
- Excellente connaissance des métiers du Freight Forwarding et de la logistique internationale

The Lead Solution Architect &amp; Development Team Lead purpose is to ensure technical coherence across this portfolio, support reliable delivery and strengthen engineering maturity across teams. 

The role combines three complementary dimensions: Expert providing deep Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure expertise, including pro-code extensions and integrations; Architect owning target architectures, security, integration patterns, application lifecycle management and technical risk decisions; and Team Lead guiding developers, organizing technical delivery, reviewing work, arbitrating complex choices and resolving the most challenging issues hands-on. 

KEY FUNCTIONS:

1) Cross-stack solution architecture 
- Lead the design of enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Azure. 
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into secure, maintainable and scalable architectures. 
- Define the appropriate balance between configuration, low code, custom development and Azure services. 

2) Dynamics 365 expertise 
- Act as the technical reference for Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly Customer Engagement workloads such as Customer Service and Sales where relevant. 
- Challenge standard capabilities, extensions, data models, security roles, integration constraints and licensing assumptions. 
- Identify when dedicated functional expertise is required for a specific Dynamics module. 

3) Power Platform engineering excellence 
- Define and enforce engineering standards for Dataverse, canvas and model-driven apps, cloud flows, custom connectors, Power Pages, PCF components, JavaScript and C# plugins. 
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, detect technical debt early and ensure remediation is planned before it becomes a delivery or support risk. 

4) Azure architecture and integration 
- Design and review integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, service identities and REST APIs. 
- Contribute to secure integration patterns, API-led architectures, encryption approaches and the separation of responsibilities between Azure and Power Platform administrators. 

5) Development team leadership 
- Lead developers and technical contributors across distributed teams.

Le sujet du contrôle des exportations et les sanctions internationales fait partie du programme de conformité plus large. L'équipe est active dans divers domaines de la conformité aux sanctions, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, de la revue et du traitement de dossier opérationnels, à l'investigation suite à des alertes de sanctions, la communication d'information, de newsletter, ainsi que la configuration et mise à jour d'outils IA, de screening en lien avec les sanctions.

Vous aurez plus précisément la responsabilité de :

•	Examiner les opérations de transport, logistique, agence de consignation et terminaux sous l'angle conformité (sanctions, export control, marchandises sensibles, Minerais) et émettre des recommandations adaptées.

•	Analyser et classifier les marchandises soumises aux réglementations de contrôle des exportations afin d'en connaitre les restrictions associées.

•	Mettre à jour les procédures, politiques et SOP Groupe en fonction des évolutions réglementaires et des risques identifiés ainsi que les activités.

•	Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière de sanctions internationales et d'export control, analyser les évolutions légales et diffuser aux équipes les impacts opérationnels ainsi que les recommandations associées.

•	Être en mesure de faire des fiches synthétiques sur les nouvelles réglementations à destination du management et des équipes.

•	Concevoir et dispenser des formations en présentiel et en e-learning.

Within AGL's IT Department, attached to the Freight Forwarding &amp; Transit department, we are recruiting for a permanent contract a Product Owner - BUILD to join the team Connect Logistics.
Put into production in March 2025, Connect Logistics is an orchestrator bus that collects, cleans, and consolidates data from our operational systems (TMS), before delivering it on a web portal dedicated to our clients.
In a transformation context, the project enters a new phase:
•	Expand its scope functionally,
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information.
Under the responsibility of the Connect Logistics Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new integrations and strategic product enhancements for the Azure Integration Platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of product evolutions, from business requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing and deployment, ensuring successful transition to the RUN organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and operational support, you will ensure that new capabilities are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities and fully integrated into the product roadmap.

Roadmap Management
•	Gather, analyze and challenge new strategic business requirements and integration initiatives.
•	Facilitate scoping workshops and document functional requirements.
•	Define and maintain data exchange mapping for new integrations.
•	Ensure that all product evolutions are aligned with the platform standards and the overall program roadmap.

Development Management
•	Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog (Azure DevOps).
•	Prepare functional specifications, write User Stories and define acceptance criteria.
•	Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor development progress.
•	Act as the primary point of contact for technical teams and contribute to the validation of delivered functionalities.

Enhancement Delivery Management
•	Manage the delivery of integration projects and product evolutions.
•	Produce project status reports, monitor risks, dependencies and action plans.
•	Prepare governance materials and support decision-making processes.
•	Contribute to the execution of the product roadmap defined jointly with the Solution Manager.
•	Coordinate testing activities and monitor defect resolution.
•	Ensure end-to-end oversight of product evolutions through to business deployment.

Performance Monitoring &amp; Transition to RUN
•	Monitor solution performance in collaboration with the RUN teams and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
•	Ensure the production of functional documentation and oversee

Qualifications &amp; Experience
•	Master's degree (Engineering School, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent).
•	Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Application Manager (Build/Run), preferably in integration platforms, middleware or enterprise application environments.
•	Functional knowledge of Logistics and/or International Transportation, preferably within a Freight Forwarding environment is a plus.
•	Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international context.
Technical Skills
•	Strong experience in functional analysis and specification, including User Stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and change management.
•	Good understanding of integration architectures, including Enterprise Service Bus, APIs, EDI, messaging systems and orchestration platforms.
•	Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services, particularly Azure Service Bus, API Management and Azure DevOps.
•	Understanding of data exchange formats and integration concepts (JSON, XML, data mapping, message transformation, etc.).
•	Ability to read and interpret technical logs to facilitate issue analysis and discussions with technical teams.

Based at the AGL Expertise Center, you will join the Digital &amp; Innovation Department as Power Platform Administrator.

Your mission will be to supervise and support makers and business teams on a day-to-day basis, ensure the health and security of the platform, and work closely with the architecture and security teams, as well as with teams from the parent company, MSC as administration of the Power Platform ecosystem of the group.

Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding &amp; new environment setup
•	Onboard new makers &amp; teams on PP best practices, standards and security requirements.
•	Review what new makers have already built (apps, flows, agents, portals) and check it against governance standards — ownership, naming, security, compliance and documentation.
•	Assess the potential capacity and consumption impact of new or evolving solutions (e.g. Copilot Studio and AI Builder credits) before they move into production.
•	Carry out a high-level assessment of new teams' needs.
•	Set up new dedicated environments when required, and configure them: Teams, Security Roles, security groups, DLP, etc.
Center of Excellence (CoE) configuration &amp; governance
•	Configure, deploy &amp; maintain the CoE toolkit and its modules (Core, Governance &amp; Nurture Components, telemetry, reporting dashboards) to support governance at scale.
•	Continuously evolve the CoE setup as usage grows across environments, teams and business units, and keep governance rules and automations up to date.
•	Use CoE inventory and telemetry data to identify inactive, non-compliant or at-risk apps, flows and agents, and drive the corresponding actions with makers.
Supervision of existing environments
•	Proactively monitor team activity across all environments.
•	Track capacity consumption: AI Builder credits, Copilot Studio credits, Power Pages credits (login &amp; anonymous).
•	Set up alerts when consumption thresholds are reached.
•	Make sure all initiatives are properly logged into Global Cockpit, so central team can track them.
Interface with the parent company (MSC)
•	Attend meetings with MSC teams on Power Platform administration topics: respond to user requests and resolve identified issues.
•	Attend meetings with security teams: carry out security assessments on Power Pages portals, Power Automate flows, apps and agents.
•	Support makers in implementing remediation actions.
Collaboration with the architecture team
•	Assess new needs and opportunities, and define the high-level design of solutions.
•	Validate the choice of Power Platform technology, and identify risks and points of attention.
•	Take part in discussions on hybrid architecture: integration with business systems hosted in MSC's Azure environment, and the setup of dedicated Azure resources (e.g. VNET injection).

•	Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.
•	Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Platform administration, Dynamics 365 administration, Microsoft 365 administration, or a similar platform governance role.
•	Proven experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments in a large or multi-entity organization, with exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
•	Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence, including governance, nurture, telemetry, inventory, and reporting capabilities.
•	Experience supporting makers and business teams, reviewing applications, flows, agents, or portals, and ensuring alignment with governance, security, compliance, and documentation standards.
•	Experience working with security, architecture, infrastructure, or central IT teams on platform administration, risk assessment, and remediation activities.
•	Experience in an international or multi-site environment is strongly valued, ideally within a large-scale organization with multiple business entities and stakeholders.
•	Equivalent profiles with strong experience administering and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions in large organizations are also encouraged to apply, as Dynamics 365 relies on the same Dataverse foundation as Power Platform.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
•	Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration principles, including environment management, platform supervision, access management, and governance at scale. 
•	Advanced understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, including their respective usage, constraints, and administration requirements. 
•	Good mastery of Power Platform Center of Excellence capabilities, including inventory management, telemetry, governance dashboards, maker nurturing, and lifecycle monitoring. 
•	Strong understanding of Power Platform security concepts, including Security Roles, security groups, environment strategy, Data Loss Prevention policies, ownership rules, and compliance controls. 
•	Ability to monitor platform activity, identify inactive, non-compliant, or at-risk assets, and trigger appropriate corrective actions with makers and business owners. 
•	Ability to monitor and manage capacity consumption across AI Builder credits, Copilot Studio credits, and Power Pages usage, including threshold definition and alerting mechanisms. 
•	Good understanding of Dataverse administration, solution lifecycle management, application lifecycle management principles, and environment configuration.
•	Ability to assess fusion development initiatives involving Power Platform and pro-code extensions, such as Power Fx, C#, Azure Functions, custom connectors, plugins, and PCF components. &lt;br /&gt;

MISSIONS

La direction juridique de Africa Global Logistics recherche un/une stagiaire en droit des transports / droit maritime (niveau M2 ou LLM) pour un stage de 6 mois. 

Vous assisterez les membres de l'équipe sur leurs dossiers, notamment Portuaires, Ferroviaires et Maritimes, non seulement en droit public, mais également dans les autres matières de droit concernées (droit de la construction, droit bancaire, droit commercial, droit des sociétés, contentieux et arbitrage etc.) et aurez notamment pour missions :

Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des questions relatives au droit des transports (maritime, ferroviaire, logistique internationale, etc.), aux régulations internationales et aux conventions maritimes.

Participer au suivi et à la gestion des contentieux et des litiges.
