International sanctions &amp; Export controls Third-Party Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing third-party relationships and conducting enhanced due diligence on the integrity of third parties across the entire AGL Group scope, including clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other stakeholders, in order to determine whether AGL can enter into or maintain a business relationship with them.
The position is responsible for assessing the integrity level of entities and individuals with whom the AGL Group has or intends to have business relationships and for preventing relationships with entities or individuals associated with activities such as breaches of integrity, including corruption and money laundering, as well as identifying individuals or entities appearing on international sanctions lists and determining whether any third parties may qualify as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
•	Conduct due diligence on all AGL Group third parties in accordance with internal compliance policies and procedures.
•	Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations and directives when conducting due diligence, and monitor relevant sanctions lists (including European Union, U.S., UK, United Nations and other applicable lists) throughout the process in order to manage third-party compliance across the Group.
•	Conduct screening of third parties (clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other partners) at the request of any AGL Group entity, using dedicated screening tools and/or open-source research.
•	Continuously assess and monitor third-party risks using the dedicated risk management tool for daily controls, monitor developments relating to previously screened third parties, and prioritize follow-up where required.
•	Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer with ad hoc due diligence and screening requests from Regional Compliance Delegates or any other AGL Group entity or Head Office.
•	Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures relating to the processing and management of third parties.
•	Provide a weekly report to the Head of the Shared Service Centre on the due diligence and screening activities carried out during the week.
•	Participate in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures, including the third-party screening policy.
•	Conduct extensive open-source research and assess the reliability of information collected in order to support and supplement screening activities.
•	Ensure that all available information relating to screened third parties is properly archived, including the results of automated screening conducted through Firco/LexisNexis, on SharePoint (Central Compliance), to facilitate access by relevant stakeholders.
•	Contribute to the Compliance Department's activities relating to international sanctions and export controls.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	University degree in Law, Geopolitics, Compliance, Economic Intelligence, International Relations with a focus on Compliance, or any other relevant field.
•	Strong interest in the logistics sector and the African continent.
•	3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the private sector; experience in the transport and logistics sector would be an advantage.
•	Knowledge of export controls would be an advantage.
•	Curiosity, strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
•	Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
•	Good understanding of compliance principles and requirements.
•	Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with fluency in both languages.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the development of its Expertise Center in Kigali, AGL is establishing an innovative Customer Experience Hub combining artificial intelligence, digital conversational channels and human expertise to enhance the customer experience, streamline request handling and strengthen customer relationships across Africa. The role also includes leading the Group-wide customer satisfaction measurement and continuous customer experience improvement program.

Main purpose
Ensure seamless, consistent and high-performing customer experience across the Group by leading both the operations of the Customer Experience Hub and the customer satisfaction measurement and improvement framework.

•	Position based in Kigali, Rwanda
•	Dual reporting line: hierarchically to the Sales &amp; Marketing Line Manager of the AGL Expertise Center in Kigali and functionally to the HQ Marketing Director.

KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Experience Hub Management
•	Ensure the handling of requests from customers, prospects through digital channels.
•	Manage escalations to subsidiaries and monitor them through resolution.
•	Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
•	Ensure the quality of interactions and consistent customer experience across the network, working with Sales, Marketing, QHSE and Operations teams.

2. Customer Satisfaction Management

Pilotage des projets:

Formation :

- Expérience confirmée en pilotage de projets transverses et en relation client B2B

Compétences techniques :

Mission

Le contexte du recrutement : 

Rattaché(e) à la direction Conformité de AGL, vous assistez l'équipe sur des sujets transverses touchant à la Conformité des activités du Groupe.
Mais de manière plus spécifique vous aurez la charge de la gestion des Sanctions Internationales et Contrôle des Exportations. Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous gérez au quotidien un alternant à Paris et 2 personnes basées dans un centre d'expertise partagé à Kigali au Rwanda.

Le sujet du contrôle des exportations et les sanctions internationales fait partie du programme de conformité plus large. L'équipe est active dans divers domaines de la conformité aux sanctions, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, de la revue et du traitement de dossier opérationnels, à l'investigation suite à des alertes de sanctions, la communication d'information, de newsletter, ainsi que la configuration et mise à jour d'outils IA, de screening en lien avec les sanctions.

Vous aurez plus précisément la responsabilité de :

•	Examiner les opérations de transport, logistique, agence de consignation et terminaux sous l'angle conformité (sanctions, export control, marchandises sensibles, Minerais) et émettre des recommandations adaptées.

•	Analyser et classifier les marchandises soumises aux réglementations de contrôle des exportations afin d'en connaitre les restrictions associées.

•	Mettre à jour les procédures, politiques et SOP Groupe en fonction des évolutions réglementaires et des risques identifiés ainsi que les activités.

•	Assurer la veille réglementaire en matière de sanctions internationales et d'export control, analyser les évolutions légales et diffuser aux équipes les impacts opérationnels ainsi que les recommandations associées.

•	Être en mesure de faire des fiches synthétiques sur les nouvelles réglementations à destination du management et des équipes.

•	Concevoir et dispenser des formations en présentiel et en e-learning.

•	Coordonner les activités de conformité entre le siège et les équipes en Afrique, assurer le suivi des KPIs et produire les reportings mensuels.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualités et compétences requises : 

- Formation supérieure de niveau Bac+5 en Droit des Affaires, Éthique des Affaires ou domaine équivalent ;

- A partir de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion des sanctions internationales au sein d'un grand groupe ;

- Connaissance des réglementations internationales applicables (Union Européenne, OFAC, Royaume-Uni, contrôle des exportations) ;

- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et SharePoint ;

1. Développer la croissance commerciale et la rentabilité de l'activité IFF

•	Définir et déployer la stratégie commerciale afin de développer les activités IFF par métier, Trade Lane, partenaire, segment de clientèle et marché.

•	Accroître le portefeuille clients et les revenus à travers la prospection, l'acquisition de nouveaux comptes, le développement des clients stratégiques et la gestion des appels d'offres.

•	Piloter la rentabilité de l'activité en optimisant les marges, la tarification, les volumes et les performances économiques des produits et services.

2. Piloter la performance commerciale et l'expérience client

•	Assurer le pilotage des performances commerciales en suivant les objectifs, le pipeline de ventes, les opportunités commerciales et les indicateurs clés de performance.

•	Développer et fidéliser les relations clients en garantissant une gestion proactive des comptes stratégiques et une forte orientation client.

•	Améliorer continuellement l'expérience client en supervisant la gestion des réclamations, les revues périodiques et les plans d'amélioration de la satisfaction.

3. Assurer la gouvernance et l'excellence opérationnelle du Front Office

•	Garantir l'efficacité des activités Front Office en assurant la qualité du reporting, des données commerciales et des processus de pilotage.

•	Veiller au respect des procédures et des exigences de conformité conformément aux standards du Groupe, aux SOP et aux réglementations en vigueur.

•	Piloter la performance opérationnelle et les risques à travers le suivi des plans d'actions, des contrôles internes et des indicateurs de gouvernance.


4. Manager les équipes et conduire l'amélioration continue

•	Encadrer, développer et mobiliser les équipes Front Office afin de favoriser la performance, l'engagement et le développement des compétences.

•	Renforcer la collaboration transverse avec les fonctions Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, Finance et Network pour garantir l'atteinte des objectifs business.

•	Conduire les initiatives d'amélioration continue et de transformation visant à optimiser les processus, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la qualité de service.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

•	BAC +4/5 Transport et prestations logistiques, gestion, finance, supply chain management, marketing et ventes, ou commerce. 
•	Une spécialisation en Commerce International, Freight Forwarding ou Managemnt des Opérations constitue un atout.

•	Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans les métiers de : transit/freight forwarding/logistique internationale ou du transport multimodal.
•	Au moins 2 à 3 ans d'expérience confirmée en management d'équipes commerciales ou de Front Office	
•	Bonne connaissance des activités Maritime (FCL/LCL), Aérienne et Logistique Internationale
•	Maîtrise des Incoterms
•	Bonne compréhension des mécanismes de pricing, de gestion des marges et de construction budgétaire
•	Forte orientation résultats et performance.
•	Sens développé du client et de la qualité de service.
•	Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de communication.
•	Esprit analytique et orientation data.
•	Forte capacité de négociation et d'influence.
•	Proactivité, agilité et capacité à prendre des décisions

As a Local Data Steward, you help ensure that local master data is accurate, reliable, and compliant with the MDM governance framework. You play a key role in supporting users, improving data quality, and contributing to efficient data processes across the organization.
Main tool: UNIFY
Scope: Local Data Stewarding and Data Maintenance, with a contribution to the Africa MDM strategy, particularly on compliance-related data topics.

Key responsibilities
________________________________________
A. Supporting users and managing data requests
A.1. Receive and handle user requests
Act as a first point of contact for end users by receiving, reviewing, and processing requests related to the creation or update of AGL parties.
A.2. Keep data up to date in UNIFY
Ensure that information is accurately recorded and maintained in UNIFY, including:
•	Creation or update of AGL parties;
•	Creation or update of AGL accounting codes.
A.3. Promote high-quality data
Review third-party data requests to help ensure that data is reliable, complete, and ready to be used by the business. Key checks include:
•	Uniqueness;
•	Completeness;
•	Accuracy.
A.4. Support compliance screening
Make sure that the relevant parties are correctly broadcast to the compliance screening tool, so that required controls can be performed on time.
B. Maintaining reliable local data
B.1. Maintain data daily
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of related parties in line with data governance rules and defined standards.
B.2. Monitor data quality indicators
Follow the relevant KPIs and contribute to improvement actions to strengthen the quality and reliability of master data.
B.3. Keep data clean and relevant
Identify, review, and clean obsolete or non-compliant data to keep the database accurate and useful for business needs.
B.4. Escalate when needed
Raise ambiguous situations, data inconsistencies, or requests requiring clarification to the Central Data Steward for guidance or arbitration.
B.5. Share useful information with users
Keep users informed about UNIFY usage, updates, and changes to support smooth adoption and consistent ways of working.
C. Scope of the role
C.1. Local responsibility
The role focuses primarily on the local scope and supports local teams in applying MDM rules and data quality practices.
C.2. Regional contribution
Depending on the organization and business needs, the role may also contribute to MDM activities across the Africa region and several Business Units.
D. Working with key stakeholders
D.1. Collaboration
Work closely with the Compliance Team of the Kigali Expertise Center, the Global Data Owner, and the Central Data Steward MDM teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance across data processes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Education
________________________________________
•	Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 
•	Professional certification in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, SAP Master Data.

Experience
________________________________________
•	2–4 years of professional experience in Master Data Management, Data Administration, or a related operational function. 
•	Previous experience maintaining master data (Business Partners, Vendors, Customers, Accounting Codes, or similar reference data). 
•	Experience working within data governance policies and standardized business processes. 
•	Experience supporting end users through ticketing or request management systems. 
•	Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams is an advantage. 
•	Working proficiency in French is considered an advantage.

Technical Skills

•	Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles. 
•	Ability to work with data management platforms i.e MDM tools. 
•	Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data validation, filtering, pivot tables, and reporting. 
•	Familiarity with workflow tools and ticket management systems. 
•	Basic understanding of data quality concepts:
