About The Position
Timor Port S.A, a subsidiary of the AGL Group, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of IT Support Technician. The role is responsible for identifying, responding to, and managing IT incidents that impact business operations, ensuring minimal disruption to port activities.

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
•	Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications, including PC setup, BIOS configuration, Microsoft Windows environments, and network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).
•	Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
•	Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction.
•	Utilize and maintain helpdesk systems, including tracking, analyzing trends, and reporting on ticket resolution times.
•	Collaborate effectively within a team to address high-priority incidents, while also working independently to resolve routine support issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Eligibility Criteria:
•	Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•	Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical support role, including troubleshooting and incident management.
•	Solid understanding of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi), and common business applications.
•	Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining user satisfaction.
•	Ability to communicate clearly with end users, provide timely support, and work collaboratively within a team.
