Job Purpose:
Sea Logistics Customer Care Expert supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. To provide front line support for customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
To be accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers. They are account owner of house accounts (personally own an account portfolio).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Job Function: 
1.	Sea Logistics Operational/ Product Related
•	Daily communication with Customer documentation departments
•	Daily communication with Shipping lines regarding deadlines to ensure submitted timeously
•	Daily communication with Logistics / Transnet on Vessel ATD to submit PPECB , Phyto , Customs , COO and other related documents timeously.
•	Ensuring all documents received on time from customers once containers loaded to ensure necessary documents are submitted to 3rd party - EG, Shipping lines, Government are submitted with in the correct timelines.
•	Ensuring min to no mistakes are made on documents to ensure FSL is not impacted
•	Documents to be courier to destination before vessels arrive to avoid demurrage.

2.	Compliance / standards related
•	Deliver minimum standards for every booked shipment
•	Ensure credit notes kept to the minimum
•	Accurate and correct data sent to clients
•	Correct data and accuracy avoid non-payment and unnecessary write offs
•	Ensure correct rates are used and invoiced any discrepancies avoided

3.	Development / Innovation
•	Within own sphere identify and escalate to FS-P incorrect information before sending to customers

4.	Communication
•	Support Management through the communication of current issues and continuous improvement of customer standard.
•	Communicate any issues from Customer side to Management and Staff to ensure future non-payment is avoided

5.	Support
•	Support Sea Logistics operations teams in industry related questions / requirements (point of escalation)
•	Support on any customer related issues and queries on rates

6.	Training / Qualification
•	Ensuring ongoing compliance
•	Perishable knowledge
•	Up to date for rates of each client and rate changes.

7.	Good relationships with all stakeholders in the industry - PPECB, DAFF, COLD STORES, Shipping Lines, Port, Transporters, and Clients

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities 

Deferred Cost Processing (Monthly)

1.	RESPONSABILITES:
A.	Gérer les lignes Armateurs
•	Superviser, coordonner, organiser l'ensemble des opérations des lignes affectées (lignes armateurs) ;
•	Contribuer au développement commercial et opérationnel des lignes armateurs ;
•	Être l'interface avec lignes armateurs ;
•	Suivre les SOA des armateurs dont il a la charge ;
•	Suivre les réconciliations des frets et des surestaries/Détentions
•	Traiter les litiges
•	Faire les reporting des activités des lignes armateurs ;
•	Relancer les équipes concernées chez les lignes armateurs pour le recouvrement ;
•	Faire le contrôle débours ;
•	S'assurer de la mise à jour de la situation financière des armateurs ;
•	Traiter les relations avec les fournisseurs stratégiques locaux ;
•	Motiver et encadrer les équipes affectées à la ligne concernée.

B.	Gérer les activités Tramps &amp; Lignes régulières
•	S'assurer que toutes les activités sont menées de manière appropriée et rentable
•	Améliorer les systèmes de gestion opérationnelle, les processus et les meilleures pratiques
•	Faire en sorte que les processus de l'organisation restent conformes aux règlementations
•	Assurer le suivi de l'exécution des prestations maritimes effectuées pendant le séjour des navires au port ;
•	Coordonner et superviser les opérations de gestion des comptes d'escales des navires
•	Assurer la conformité aux obligations réglementaires (ex : PAD, douanes, ANAM, etc.)
C.	Développer l'activité commerciale
•	Développer et suivre les relations commerciales avec les différents armateurs 
•	Gérer les budgets et les prévisionnels
•	Effectuer des contrôles de qualité et surveiller les indicateurs clés de performances de production
D.	Diriger et Développer les compétences de son équipe
•	S'assurer que les collaborateurs ont les connaissances et les compétences dans leurs domaines de responsabilité 
•	S'assurer que l'équipe maîtrise les outils et les processus 
•	Être le moteur de la performance 
•	Appliquer la stratégie et les processus commerciaux conformément à la politique globale 
•	Évaluer les risques opérationnels, la qualité du service, et la compétitivité du département
•	Optimiser les opérations par l'éventuelle mise en œuvre de pool, de centres de services partagés et d'externalisations 
•	Prendre en charge le processus de recrutement du personnel en coopération avec le DEX et la DRH. 
E.	Reporting
•	Rendre compte de l'activité SOCOPAO à la Direction d'Exploitation

AXE 1 — Gouvernance &amp; Pilotage QHSE Multi-Sites
1	Définir, déployer et maintenir la politique QHSE adaptée au contexte des JOJ sur l'ensemble du site de compétition et de nom compétition sous sa responsabilité
2	Réaliser les assessments QHSE (audit initial, évaluation des risques, grille de conformité) et établir un plan d'actions prioritaires.
3	Conseiller et appuyer le VLM sur toutes les décisions à dimension QHSE.
4	Produire des reportings réguliers (tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance QHSE) à destination du management.
5	Assurer la veille réglementaire (normes locales sénégalaises, standards CIO/IPC, directives FIFA/World Athletics applicables).
AXE 2 — Mise aux Normes des Entrepôts &amp; Venues
1	Piloter la mise en conformité QHSE de l'entrepot et des operations du site de competition: signalisation, éclairage de sécurité, issues de secours, contrôle EPI, matériel incendie.
2	Valider les plans d'aménagement des zones de stockage, de manutention et de circulation (piétons / engins).
3	Vérifier la conformité des engins de manutention (chariots élévateurs, transpalettes, etc.) et des installations techniques.
4	Établir et tenir à jour le Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP) par site.

AXE 3 — Déploiement des Outils QHSE

3	Implémenter les rondes de sécurité et les check-lists de contrôle quotidien (Walk-the-Talk QHSE).
