About The Position
Timor Port S.A, a subsidiary of the AGL Group, is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Officer. The role will be responsible to support the HSSE team in implementing and maintaining effective safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. The position plays a key support role in ensuring that an organization complies with safety regulations and maintains a safe working environment. 

The main responsibilities of the role will be:
•	Safety coordination in line with ISPS procedures and guidelines. 
•	Track and monitor terminal activities from shore to yard to gates.
•	Ensure that industrial operations follow local regulations as well as company regulations. 
•	Act as focal point to conduct a detailed investigation for any health-safety-security near miss, incident, and accident. 
•	Assess potential health-safety-security risks and with HSSE Manager support to develop mitigation plans. 
•	Performs daily basis and regular site inspections for health-safety compliances. 
•	Work with cross-functional teams to maintain health-safety compliances. 
•	Provide assistance and job training to team members when required. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Eligibility Criteria:
•	University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•	Minimum 2 years of experience in HSSE or related roles; experience in maritime, logistics, or industrial environments is a strong advantage.
•	Strong communication and reporting skills, with attention to detail and ability to analyze safety data effectively.
•	Team player with a safety-first mindset, able to work in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

•	Preparar, consolidar e distribuir relatórios, estatísticas, indicadores e outros documentos relacionados com HSE.
• Apoiar a preparação e coordenação de reuniões, apresentações, avaliações de risco, campanhas de sensibilização e outras iniciativas de HSE.
•	Contribuir para o desenvolvimento, implementação e revisão de políticas, procedimentos e sistemas de gestão de HSE.
•	Monitorizar e orientar os Assistentes de Segurança, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos, normas e requisitos aplicáveis.
•	Realizar inspeções periódicas aos locais de trabalho, identificando perigos, não conformidades e oportunidades de melhoria.
•	Propor ações corretivas e preventivas, acompanhando a sua implementação e eficácia.
•	Participar na investigação de incidentes, acidentes, quase acidentes (near misses) e reclamações relacionadas com HSE, identificando causas-raiz e recomendando medidas corretivas.
•	Acompanhar indicadores, estatísticas e relatórios de desempenho em saúde, segurança e meio ambiente, reportando-os regularmente ao Coordenador de QHSE.
•	Garantir que colaboradores, contratantes e visitantes recebam as induções e sensibilizações de HSE necessárias para o exercício seguro das suas atividades.
•	Interromper ou reportar operações que não cumpram os procedimentos de HSE, requisitos legais ou exigências do cliente.
•	Promover a cultura de segurança através da participação ativa em Toolbox Talks, formações, auditorias e campanhas de sensibilização.
•	Manter comunicação eficaz com as equipas operacionais, liderança, clientes e contratantes em todos os assuntos relacionados com HSE.

Licenciatura em Engenharias, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas equivalente. 
Diploma ou formação em HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) será uma vantagem. 
Experiência mínima de 2 anos numa função semelhante. 
Domínio das aplicações Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Internet. 
Fluência em Português e Inglês, tanto na comunicação oral como escrita, é requisito essencial para esta função.

MISSIONS
JOB FUNCTION &amp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Based at the AGL Expertise Center, you will join the AI Factory within the Digital &amp; Innovation Department as an AI Product Owner.

Your mission will be to design and drive AI products by identifying high-value use cases, redesigning business processes with AI capabilities, and ensuring their successful delivery, adoption, and measurable impact at scale.

As part of the AI Factory, your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and qualify AI use cases with business teams, analyze processes, and translate needs into clear and actionable product requirements rooted in real operational challenges.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to identify where AI (LLMs, agents, automation) can drive tangible efficiency and transformation.
• Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, feasibility, data availability, and delivery constraints to maximize impact.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI use cases, coordinating cross-functional teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, MLOps) and ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and expected outcomes. 
• Lead validation phases with business stakeholders (UAT), collect feedback, challenge solutions, and ensure delivered products effectively solve real business problems. 
• Prepare and coordinate releases, contribute to rollout strategies, and support adoption through communication, training, and interaction with end users.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions, balancing key AI trade-offs such as quality, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure alignment with AI Factory governance, lifecycle, and standards, while acting as the voice of the business throughout the product lifecycle.

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or digital transformation, with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives. 
• Proven experience working at the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, with the ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements and delivered solutions. 
• Experience identifying improvement opportunities in operational processes and driving automation or digitalization initiatives is strongly valued. 
• Exposure to AI, data, or analytics products is a strong advantage, with an understanding of how AI can be applied to real business use cases. 
• Experience in managing complex or cross-functional projects in a multi-site or international environment is highly desirable. 
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strategic thinking and delivery execution&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good understanding of AI and Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation), with the ability to identify relevant use cases and challenge technical solutions from a product perspective. 
• Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry) and their application to enterprise use cases is a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in product management and agile practices, including backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and participation in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches). 
• Ability to translate business needs into structured functional and product requirements, and to interact effectively with technical teams (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects) on solution design and delivery. 
• Proficiency with product and collaboration tools and ability to manage backlog, documentation, and delivery tracking. 
• Ability to define and monitor product performance through KPIs and dashboards (e.g., adoption, efficiency, ROI), ideally using reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent. 
• Familiarity with enterprise digital tools and environments (Microsoft 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, workflows, etc.) and understanding of how AI integrates within business applications. 
• Understanding of automation and digital transformation tools (e.g., workflow automation, low-code platforms) and their role in enhancing operational efficiency.

•	Promover inspeções regulares de segurança em armazéns, escritórios e operações de transporte.
•	Participar na investigação de incidentes, acidentes e quase acidentes, assegurando a implementação de ações corretivas.
•	Coordenar programas de formação e campanhas de sensibilização em HSE.
•	Preparar relatórios e indicadores de desempenho HSE para a gestão.
3. Comunidade e Envolvimento Local
•	Coordenar iniciativas de responsabilidade social e desenvolvimento comunitário promovidas pela empresa.
•	Participar em campanhas de sensibilização relacionadas com saúde, segurança e ambiente.
•	Coordenar a gestão de reclamações e interação com stakeholders locais sempre que necessário.
4. Ética, Compliance e Boas Práticas
•	Promover o cumprimento do Código de Ética e Conduta da AGL.
•	Coordenar processos de due diligence de fornecedores e parceiros de negócio.
•	Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos de compliance e integridade empresarial.

Perfil &amp; Requisitos
•	Licenciatura em Engenharia, Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional ou área relacionada.
•	Mínimo de 3 a 5 anos de experiência em funções de QHSE, preferencialmente nos setores de logística, transporte, armazenagem, cadeia de abastecimento ou ambiente industrial.
•	Conhecimento das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001.
•	Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook).
•	Ser residente em Nacala-Porto é uma vantagem.
•	Fluência em Português e conhecimento de Inglês.

Under the responsibility of the Connect Logistics Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of new integrations and strategic product enhancements for the Azure Integration Platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of product evolutions, from business requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing and deployment, ensuring successful transition to the RUN organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and operational support, you will ensure that new capabilities are delivered on time, aligned with business priorities and fully integrated into the product roadmap.

Roadmap Management

Development Management

Qualifications &amp; Experience

•	Functional knowledge of Logistics and/or International Transportation, preferably within a Freight Forwarding environment is a plus.
•	Experience working in Agile environments and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in an international context.
Technical Skills
•	Strong experience in functional analysis and specification, including User Stories, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and change management.
•	Good understanding of integration architectures, including Enterprise Service Bus, APIs, EDI, messaging systems and orchestration platforms.
•	Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services, particularly Azure Service Bus, API Management and Azure DevOps.

MISSIONS
The Internal Control team, currently composed of 8 members, reports hierarchically to the Group Chief Financial Officer. Main Responsibilities
Reporting and Compliance Metrics
•	Collect, process, and format the Group's compliance indicators to facilitate consolidation and analysis. 
•	Contribute to updating compliance dashboards and reporting materials used by the Compliance Department for analysis and decision-making. 
•	Verify the consistency, accuracy, and quality of data submitted by Group entities. 
Training and Awareness
•	Assist in the design, development, and regular updating of training materials covering the various components of the Group's Compliance Program. 
•	Contribute to the development of annual compliance awareness and communication campaigns. 
•	Deliver training sessions in both French and English to employees, managers, and Compliance Delegates. 
•	Support local Compliance Delegates in implementing their own awareness initiatives to ensure consistent compliance coverage across the Group. 
•	Monitor training campaigns and participant registrations throughout the year, following up as necessary to ensure that established training objectives are achieved. 
Compliance Network Coordination
•	Maintain regular follow-up with Compliance Delegates in countries that do not have a dedicated regional compliance representative. 
•	Conduct onboarding and provide ongoing guidance to Compliance Delegates to support them in carrying out their responsibilities effectively. 
•	Perform quality reviews of deliverables and compliance reports produced by local entities. 
Compliance Communications
•	Contribute to the preparation of communications issued by the Compliance Department. 
•	Assist in developing communication materials for compliance-related events such as the African Anti-Corruption Day, the International Anti-Corruption Day, and other compliance awareness initiatives, while coordinating the collection and monitoring of activities carried out by local entities. 
Documentation and Continuous Improvement
•	Contribute to updating and translating the Group's compliance policies, procedures, and reference documentation. 
•	Prepare Executive Summaries, in collaboration with members of the Compliance Management team, for operational management. 
•	Support initiatives aimed at harmonizing and simplifying the Group's compliance documentation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Candidate Profile
•	Initial 2-3 Years of professional experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, or Risk Management. 
•	Degree in Law, Compliance, Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, or a related discipline. 
•	Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical summarization skills. 
•	Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
•	Comfortable with public speaking and delivering training sessions. 
•	Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to work. 
•	Fluency in French and English. 
•	Proficiency in Arabic, Swahili, or any other African language would be considered a strong asset&lt;br /&gt;

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
The Reporting Assistant within the Shared Service Center is responsible for supporting the Compliance Department, and more specifically the Deputy Head of Compliance, in carrying out a wide range of responsibilities related to monitoring and supporting the team of Compliance Officers, as well as overseeing ongoing projects and preparing reports for the Group Head of Compliance and various committees.
The purpose of this position is to assist the Deputy Head of Compliance in managing a department that oversees a broad range of strategic and engaging initiatives, including the review and enhancement of tools, process digitalization, procedure updates, and other compliance-related projects. The role also ensures that the department's activities are properly documented, tracked, and archived to support audit requirements.
More specifically, the position includes:
•	Monitoring the schedule for the preparation of various meetings and events. 
•	Preparing and following up on meeting minutes following internal departmental meetings, cross-functional meetings, and project-related meetings. 
•	Tracking action items agreed upon during team meetings and coordinating follow-up with other departments. 
•	Drafting responses for internal and external stakeholders. 
•	Preparing internal communications on specific compliance-related topics. 
•	Drafting memoranda, procedures, PowerPoint presentations, and other supporting documentation. 
•	Assisting the department in conducting quality reviews of program implementation, reviewing and analysing documentation, and issuing recommendations for continuous improvement. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Initial professional experience of 2 to 5 years in a versatile or multidisciplinary role. 
•	Educational background in Audit, Internal Control, Compliance, or any other relevant field. 
•	Strong curiosity, analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team. 
•	Excellent organizational skills, a project-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines. 
•	Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a proactive approach to work. 
•	Sound knowledge and understanding of compliance-related matters. 
•	Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment, with fluent French and English; proficiency in an additional language would be considered an asset.

Main Responsibilities
Compliance Risk Mapping
•	Contribute to the overall organization and coordination of the risk mapping deployment, including campaign preparation and follow-up. 
•	Implement the compliance risk mapping process locally through the designated risk management tool. 
•	Define, monitor, and track action plans using the risk management tool. 
Level 3 Compliance Audits
•	Contribute to the overall planning and coordination of the compliance audit schedule, including campaign preparation and monitoring. 
•	Assist Group entities in preparing for Level 3 compliance audits. 
•	Support entities in defining, implementing, and monitoring remediation action plans resulting from audit findings. 
Level 2 Controls (Declaration Tools and Compliance Registers)
•	Assist with testing phases of the Compliance Department's IT tools. 
•	Conduct qualitative reviews of compliance declarations by defining work programs, including scope, frequency, and control points. 
•	Prepare, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance declaration tools, particularly those concerning Conflicts of Interest and Gifts and Hospitality. 
Other Contributions
•	Provide support on ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives, including: 
o	Risk mapping for newly established entities. 
o	Preparation of presentations and training materials. 
o	Drafting and distributing internal communication emails. 
o	Translation of compliance-related documents. 
o	Any other activities supporting the Compliance Department. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience. 
•	Educational or professional background in Internal Audit or Internal Control. 
•	Fundamental knowledge and understanding of compliance-related matters. 
•	Willingness and ability to travel as required for business assignments. 
•	Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a methodical approach to work. 
•	Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. 
•	Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 
•	Strong proficiency and aptitude in the use of IT tools, with at least a solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
