MISSIONS

Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe Construction &amp; Immobilier d'AGL, basée à Puteaux, vous participerez aux différentes missions dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Rattaché au Directeur immobilier, vous participerez notamment à la définition de stratégies de valorisation immobilière à travers le continent africain pour l'ensemble des BU d'AGL.

Dans le cadre de son alternance, l'asset manager aura pour principales missions :

-Participer à la structuration de la base de données immobilier et à sa fiabilisation en lien avec les entités locales d'AGL,

-Définir et exploiter des KPIs issus de la base de données immobilier notamment en vue de valoriser et/ou d'optimiser des sites,
-Participer à la l'élaboration de stratégies de valorisation immobilière en modélisant des scénarios de construction, vente, location,

-Collaborer au lancement et au suivi de projets immobiliers en définissant l'expression de besoin pour des missions d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage et en préparant un reporting de l'avancement des projets immobiliers 

L'asset manager alternant pourra également être amené à participer à différentes missions de maîtrise d'ouvrage portuaire, logistique et ferroviaire au cours de sa mission : réalisation de chiffrage de projets d'investissement, rédaction de cahier des charges techniques, consultation de bureaux d'études ou encore suivi d'appel d'offres travaux. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFIL

De formation Bac+4/5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur et /ou Ecole de Commerce, vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance pour l'année 2026-2027.

Vous possédez une très bonne capacité d'adaptation dans le cadre de projets internationaux et dans un environnement multiculturel portant sur des domaines techniques variés.

Rigoureux, curieux, doté d'une bonne capacité de rédaction, vous êtes capable de vous impliquer et vous adapter au rythme et à l'exigence des projets et aux attentes et besoins spécifiques des différents interlocuteurs.

Vous avez un très bon sens de l'écoute, du contact et du dialogue afin de collaborer pleinement avec les opérationnels et services du siège.

PROFIL

En cours de formation Bac+5 type Ecole d'Ingénieur Spécialité Génie Electrique, Electrotechnique, Energie renouvelable, Transition d'Energie.

Vous possédez une très bonne capacité d'adaptation dans le cadre de projets internationaux et dans un environnement multiculturel portant sur des domaines spécialisés en génie électrique, électrotechnique, énergie renouvelable et Environnement.

Rigoureux, curieux, doté d'une bonne capacité de rédaction, vous êtes capable de vous impliquer et adapter au rythme et à l'exigence des projets et aux attentes et besoins spécifiques des différents interlocuteurs.
Vous avez un très bon sens de l'écoute, du contact et du dialogue afin de collaborer pleinement avec les opérationnels et services du siège.

La maîtrise de l'anglais et des logiciels bureautiques et Autocad sont impératives.

Context : 
The Finance Department of AFRICA GLOBAL LOGISTICS, a sub-group of the MSC Group with a strong presence on the African continent, is launching a project to deploy the SAP S4/HANA ERP to replace its legacy accounting and financial tools. This large-scale program aims to define a core finance model that meets the needs of the various businesses (Port, Shipping, Logistics, Rail), and then to deploy it in the 50 countries of the Africa Global Logistics Group.
The Finance Department wishes to strengthen the internal team that will manage this program by recruiting a SAP S4 Finance Business Analyst. 

Purpose	: 
Member of the Finance / EPM Finance Department, the candidate will join the Finance SAP project team based in Puteaux. 
The SAP S4 Finance Program is structured by Finance functional streams: Record-to-Report; Order-to-Cash ; Purchase-to-Pay.
The Business Analyst main goal is to contribute to the various steps of the program:
•	Deployment of the solution to the 50 AGL countries (more than 200 companies) : project management, set-up of the solution, data migration, UAT organization, training and hyper care. 
•	Solution enhancement and evolution: identification of additional requirements, specification and tests
•	Contribution to AMS

MISSION : 
The Business Analyst will oversee: 
•	Requirements Gathering: Communicate with stakeholders (Business Process Owners, Subject matter experts, key users,) to understand their needs and expectations. This involves documenting business requirements related to SAP S4,
•	Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze SAP S4 data to assess performance and recommend improvements, including identifying areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement,
•	Solution Deployment: Design, build, and deploy SAP S4 (and potential best-of-breed solutions) to improve business processes, involving the set-up of SAP S4 modules and integration with other systems,
•	System Testing and Training: Conduct system testing to ensure that the solutions meet user requirements. Additionally, provide SAP training to end-users and prepare user manuals,
•	Support and Maintenance: Responsibilities extend to supporting and maintaining the SAP S4 (level 2). Troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues are part of this role,
•	Reporting and Trend Monitoring: Prepare and present reports on system improvement initiatives. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Finance &amp; SAP systems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Level of education : 
Minimum Master or equivalent (5 years engineering and/or business IT education).
Training in finance / treasury / controlling / accounting would be a plus.
SAP S4/HANA certification would be a plus.

Technical competencies
•	Understanding of SAP S4/HANA product, especially the Finance &amp; accounting modules,
•	Finance processes reengineering,
•	Project management and experience of the SAP Activate methodology,
•	Knowledge of Neofi (bank communication) or Esker (P2P) systems would be a plus
•	Change management basics.
Mastery of Word/Excel/PowerPoint office tools.

Vous viendrez renforcer la Direction Achats, au sein d'une équipe de 16 personnes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les opérationnels sur site et les fonctions supports de la Business Unit (Direction Technique, Finance, Logistique). 
Votre rôle principal sera d'accompagner les filiales vers la bonne solution d'approvisionnement (matériel, pièces détachées) pour leurs activités.

Pleinement intégré(e) à l'équipe, vous contribuerez aux missions suivantes :

Achat 
•	Sourcer de nouveaux fournisseurs 
•	Négocier les tarifs (contrats cadres)

-	L'identification des risques potentiels ou avérés devant être gérés et anticipés sur chaque opération et la proposition des mesures de protection/gestion adéquates pour chaque opération ;
-	Analyse et renégociation des contrats “deal-critical” dans le cadre des transactions : contrats clients/fournisseurs clés, contrats d'exploitation, partenariats, licences, baux/occupations, assurances, litiges significatifs ;
-	Selon les opérations (ex. acquisition/cession d'un actif concessif, JV sur terminal, projet ferroviaire/portuaire, extension/renégociation), intervention ciblée sur :
o	Revue et contribution aux sujets project finance : term sheets, facility/common terms, sûretés, accounts, covenants, conditions suspensives, en coordination avec Finance/Trésorerie.
o	Revue/négociation des direct agreements et mécanismes de step-in (prêteurs / autorité concédante / opérateur / EPC/O&amp;M le cas échéant).
o	Vérification de la cohérence “bancabilité” entre documentation corporate/JV et exigences des prêteurs (change of control, distributions, reporting, événements de défaut, garanties).

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Third-Party Compliance Analyst within the Shared Services Center is responsible for overseeing third-party management and conducting thorough due diligence assessments on the integrity of all third parties across the AGL Group's scope—including clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents, and other stakeholders. The objective is to determine whether AGL can ethically and legally engage in business relationships with these entities. 
This role aims to assess the integrity levels of entities or individuals in business relations with AGL and to prevent associations with parties involved in unethical practices such as 
corruption, money laundering, or those listed on national, international sanctions registers. It also includes identifying whether any third parties are politically exposed persons (PEPs). 

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on all third parties in accordance with AGL's 
internal compliance policies and procedures. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations, 
and guidelines during the due diligence process. 
• Monitor accessible sanctions lists (EU, US, UK, UN, etc.) throughout the process to 
manage third-party compliance. 
• Perform third-party screenings (clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents, and 
partners) upon request from any AGL Group entity, using specialized tools and open
source research. 
• Continuously assess and monitor third-party risks using the risk management tool, 
and prioritizing updating the changes related to previously screened entities. 
• Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer in the due diligence and screening 
requests from regional compliance delegates or other AGL entities, including HQ. 
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to third-party 
management and processing. 
• Submit weekly reports to the Shared Services Center Manager detailing completed 
due diligence and screening activities. 
• Participate in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures, 
including the third-party screening policy. 
• Conduct in-depth open-source search and evaluate the reliability of collected 
information to support and enhance screening results. 
• Ensure proper archiving of all available information on screened third parties, 
including automated screening results (Firco/Lexis Nexis), within the Central

1-	FULL CYCLE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

•	Expand its scope functionally, 
•	Become a central component of the Transit &amp; ecosystem Freight Forwarding, orchestrating data exchanges between logistics applications and ensuring the reliability of shared information. 

Under the responsibility of the project manager Connect Logistics, you will be responsible for the management and evolution of the product in the operational phase. You will monitor the stability, the performance and the user satisfaction ensuring that incidents, change requests and improvements coming from RUN perimeter are properly prioritized and integrated into the product roadmap.

MAIN MISSIONS 

As a Product Owner - RUN, you will work on the entire processing chain, from the reception of operational data to their delivery to clients. 

Your missions: 

Run &amp; backlog management
•	Oversee the proper operation of the solution and ensure the continuity of service
•	Maintain a backlog clear and prioritized dedicated to run (fixes, minor evolutions, technical debt)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Digital Transformation Officer is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance business processes, collaborating with various departments to identify and integrate digital solutions, and ensuring the seamless adoption and usage of new digital tools and technologies. The Digital Transformation Officer will monitor and analyses digital trends to keep the organization competitive, train and support staff on new digital systems and processes and manage digital transformation projects from conception to completion.

We are seeking a passionate and self-taught junior developer to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate is a computer science graduate, having pursued coursework related to web technologies and development, and possessing one or more experiences in enterprise software development. The responsibilities will encompass the design, development, and maintenance of solutions based on Microsoft's Power Platform. Additionally, we require someone eager to implement AI solutions predominantly based on Microsoft technologies such as Dataverse, Power Automate, AI Builder, among others. Proficiency in prompt engineering for new solutions leveraging generative AI technologies is also essential.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
•	Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
•	Write technical specifications.
•	Define application architectures.
•	Design, develop, and test solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).
•	Use key Azure services to add advanced features and integrate complex systems (Fusion Dev).
•	Maintain and optimize existing solutions.
•	Participate in technological monitoring and suggest continuous improvements.
•	Document processes and developed solutions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•	Relevant degree/diploma
•	Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
•	Power Platform Skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, …)
•	Mastery of key programming languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL.
•	Knowledge of development frameworks: .NET, React, Angular.
•	Experience with essential tools for a web developer (both front-end and back-end): Visual Studio, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps.
•	Good understanding of databases and cloud services (Azure) recommended&lt;br /&gt;
