Job Purpose:

•	Ensure that all transactions are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure for the contract.
•	Ensure all information entered into the system is correct.
•	Liaise with suppliers and expeditors to ensure timeous uplift of orders.
•	Ensure POD's are returned by both the haulier and / or AGL office of destination.
•	Ensure clients are invoiced in line with what has been agreed and the costing is accurate.
•	Ensure invoices are dispatched regularly and in line with a procedure.
•	Ensure that clients are invoiced according to the credit terms set out for their respective Account 
•	Ensure that clients are serviced in such a manner that more business in other areas (modes of transport) and other routes are considered by clients.
•	Ensure that AGL portrays a professional and friendly image to all clients.
•	Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable as assigned by the reporting manager
•	Handle exports/import shipments according to client requirements

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

International sanctions &amp; Export controls Third-Party Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing third-party relationships and conducting enhanced due diligence on the integrity of third parties across the entire AGL Group scope, including clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other stakeholders, in order to determine whether AGL can enter into or maintain a business relationship with them.
The position is responsible for assessing the integrity level of entities and individuals with whom the AGL Group has or intends to have business relationships and for preventing relationships with entities or individuals associated with activities such as breaches of integrity, including corruption and money laundering, as well as identifying individuals or entities appearing on international sanctions lists and determining whether any third parties may qualify as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
•	Conduct due diligence on all AGL Group third parties in accordance with internal compliance policies and procedures.
•	Ensure compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations and directives when conducting due diligence, and monitor relevant sanctions lists (including European Union, U.S., UK, United Nations and other applicable lists) throughout the process in order to manage third-party compliance across the Group.
•	Conduct screening of third parties (clients, suppliers, intermediaries, agents and other partners) at the request of any AGL Group entity, using dedicated screening tools and/or open-source research.
•	Continuously assess and monitor third-party risks using the dedicated risk management tool for daily controls, monitor developments relating to previously screened third parties, and prioritize follow-up where required.
•	Support the Group Senior Compliance Officer with ad hoc due diligence and screening requests from Regional Compliance Delegates or any other AGL Group entity or Head Office.
•	Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures relating to the processing and management of third parties.
•	Provide a weekly report to the Head of the Shared Service Centre on the due diligence and screening activities carried out during the week.
•	Participate in the review and update of compliance policies and procedures, including the third-party screening policy.
•	Conduct extensive open-source research and assess the reliability of information collected in order to support and supplement screening activities.
•	Ensure that all available information relating to screened third parties is properly archived, including the results of automated screening conducted through Firco/LexisNexis, on SharePoint (Central Compliance), to facilitate access by relevant stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the development of its Expertise Center in Kigali, AGL is establishing an innovative Customer Experience Hub combining artificial intelligence, digital conversational channels and human expertise to enhance the customer experience, streamline request handling and strengthen customer relationships across Africa. Main purpose
Ensure seamless, consistent and high-performing customer experience across the Group by leading both the operations of the Customer Experience Hub and the customer satisfaction measurement and improvement framework.

•	Position based in Kigali, Rwanda
•	Dual reporting line: hierarchically to the Sales &amp; Marketing Line Manager of the AGL Expertise Center in Kigali and functionally to the HQ Marketing Director.

KEY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Experience Hub Management
•	Ensure the handling of requests from customers, prospects through digital channels.
•	Manage escalations to subsidiaries and monitor them through resolution.
•	Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
•	Ensure the quality of interactions and consistent customer experience across the network, working with Sales, Marketing, QHSE and Operations teams.

1) Cross-stack solution architecture

- Define the appropriate balance between configuration, low code, custom development and Azure services. 

2) Dynamics 365 expertise 
- Act as the technical reference for Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly Customer Engagement workloads such as Customer Service and Sales where relevant. 
- Challenge standard capabilities, extensions, data models, security roles, integration constraints and licensing assumptions. 
- Identify when dedicated functional expertise is required for a specific Dynamics module. 

3) Power Platform engineering excellence 
- Define and enforce engineering standards for Dataverse, canvas and model-driven apps, cloud flows, custom connectors, Power Pages, PCF components, JavaScript and C# plugins. 
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, detect technical debt early and ensure remediation is planned before it becomes a delivery or support risk. 

4) Azure architecture and integration 
- Design and review integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, service identities and REST APIs. 
- Contribute to secure integration patterns, API-led architectures, encryption approaches and the separation of responsibilities between Azure and Power Platform administrators. 

5) Development team leadership 
- Lead developers and technical contributors across distributed teams. 
- Translate architecture into actionable technical work, allocate or recommend assignments according to skills and priorities, unblock delivery, mentor team members and ensure consistent application of standards. Remain able to contribute directly to prototypes, complex development and troubleshooting. 

6) ALM, DevOps and environment strategy

Job Purpose:
The VIE – HR Development Officer will support the implementation of Human Resources Development initiatives within AGL Rwanda. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
•	Master's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
•	Eligibility to participate in the VIE Programme. Ensure timely regulatory filings and board resolutions in line with Rwandan corporate governance standards.

CONTEXT

You will contribute to the successful delivery of new integrations and product evolutions by ensuring that testing activities are properly planned, executed, automated where appropriate, and completed in line with project milestones and quality standards.

MAIN MISSIONS
Tests Management
•	Analyze User Stories and functional specifications and translate them into test requirements.
•	Define and maintain the test base (Azure Test Plans): requirements, test cases, test datasets and test campaigns.
•	Prepare and manage all prerequisites required for test execution.
•	Coordinate functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing activities across all stakeholders.

Job Purpose
Develop, facilitate, assess and continuously improve the competence of AGL drivers and, where required, subcontracted drivers to support safe, legal, reliable and quality-focused transport operations. Deliver theoretical, practical, yard-based and in-cab training and assessment in accordance with applicable South African road transport legislation, prevailing QCTO/TETA requirements and recognised occupational/unit-standard frameworks, AGL Transport Golden Rules, approved procedures, customer requirements and the AGL QHSE Management System. The role provides specialist driver training, coaching, assessment and competency assurance to support safe, compliant and efficient transport operations.

1. Driver Training and Development
•	Plan and deliver induction, initial, refresher, remedial and periodic driver training using classroom, practical, yard-based and in-cab methods.
•	Train drivers in professional and defensive driving, vehicle familiarisation, inspections, reversing/manoeuvring, coupling/uncoupling, safe parking and breakdown procedures.
•	Deliver training on load securing, lashing/unlashing, cargo stability, loading/offloading safety, fatigue and journey management, rollover/collision prevention, hijacking prevention, emergency response, incident reporting and AGL Transport Golden Rules.
•	Deliver or facilitate Dangerous Goods and customer/product-specific training within the trainer's approved competence and registration scope.
•	Provide on-the-job coaching, toolbox talks and targeted awareness sessions for new, inexperienced or under-performing drivers.

2. Driver Competency Assessment 
•	Conduct initial, periodic, post-incident and remedial theoretical and practical competency assessments against applicable occupational/unit standards, AGL requirements and approved assessment criteria.
•	Conduct in-cab/accompanied driving assessments and observations covering vehicle control, road behaviour, hazard perception, defensive driving, route discipline and safe operating practices.
•	Assess competence for relevant vehicle categories and specialised activities within registered scope; record outcomes and recommend drivers as competent, requiring coaching/reassessment, or not yet competent.
•	Reassess drivers following serious incidents, repeated unsafe behaviour, significant telematics events or identified competency gaps.
•	Verify appropriate licence, PrDP, medical fitness and authorisation before practical or in-cab training/assessment and escalate identified gaps.

3. Route Risk and Specialised Transport
•	Participate with QHSE and Transport Operations in route risk assessments, surveys and route familiarisation for new, changed, high-risk or customer-specific routes.
•	Identify relevant road, traffic, security, environmental, weather, rest-stop, parking, loading/offloading, border and emergency-response hazards and translate approved controls into driver briefings and training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
RULES AND REGULATIONS
•	Conduct training and assessment in accordance with AGL procedures, the QHSE Management System and applicable South African road transport, Dangerous Goods and occupational health and safety requirements.

Job Purpose

Job Function:

•	Managing Concerto (CRM) according to applicable requirements.

Follow up and control of the financial risks and fiscal targets
•	Monitor the credit worthiness of customers/ prospects in relation to financial services
•	Draft commercial contracts according to the regulations, if necessary in cooperation with the Legal Service
•	Estimate the risks/ losses from litigation in conjunction with the Financial &amp; Legal Services
•	Collect debts under the legislation
•	Follow with the management the profitability of customer accounts
•	Establish the annual budget exercise in consultation with their line manager
•	Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable as assigned by the reporting manage


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
•	Matric
•	5 - 10 years' experience in the Sea/Air/Road Freight Imports and Exports environment
•	Previous formal sales training preferred.
•	Computer Literate – MS Office Suite Knowledge of Excel
